Amazing Place!

Perfect spot

We spend already the second vacation there and loved every minute of it. It's so calm and with it's remarkable view a perfect place for relaxation. Also a good starting point for hiking tours! Perfect.

Beautiful spot

An amazing house was just the three of us and a perfect size! You are way up the hill so plan for extra time to get down the hill before you go anywhere. Google maps was terrible for getting us back to the house, we used the repsol in palo blanco as our location for home and then just memorized landmarks on the way up after that. Thanks again to Erica for hosting us, wish the weather had been a bit better but we had an amazing time

Beautiful, tranquil villa on the side of the mountain

Amazing villa with stunning views both inside and out. The house is off-grid, running on solar. It has great indoor space and lots of outdoor areas with plenty for the kids to do. Chanajiga country park is only a short walk so it is possible to reach several hiking trails without driving. It’s a 1000m in altitude so was cold in January but the property has good heating, the views are incredible and it’s only a 25 min drive down the mountain to Puerto de la Cruz and it’s warm sandy beaches. Erica was a great host and took her time to show us around the villa. All in all a great experience.

The Property and Property Manager were amazing!

The views from this home are breathtaking! Looking at the city below at night or watching the sky change colors as the sun rises in the morning were in themselves, a great experience. The home has everything you could need and then some. The property manager Erica was exceptional and incredibly helpful. This was our first time in Tenerife and first time ever staying in the mountains, so the roads were a bit challenging. Someone who is used to this sort of terrain would have no problem but for me coming from a very flat Atlanta Georgia USA, it was scary at times. I managed to get stuck in a potato field after taking a wrong turn out of the property (had to be the Americans who did this, lol). Erica and her husband came to our rescue at close to midnight to pull my rental car out of the field and did so with a positive energy the entire time. I felt so bad bothering them at that hour but they didn't hesitate to assist. Overall an incredible property with an exceptional property manager!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft! :)Sie ist auf etwas über 1.000m Höhe gelegen - ein Mietwagen ist daher in absolutes Muss.Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern gestaltet; bei der Austattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Außenbereich mit Pool, Liegen, Außenküche etc. ist ein weiteres Highlight der Unterkunft.

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem bis ins letzte durchdachten Haus zu jeder Zeit genossen. Tolle Ausstattung mit innovativen Energiekonzept. Von Pool aus bis zum Meer schauen, einfach genial. Wer vernünftig Autofahren kann, kommt auch ohne Probleme zum Haus.

Flitterwochen auf Wolke 7

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Aussicht bei gutem Wetter ist grandios und man kann tolle Naturschauspiele der Wolken beobachten. Die Unterkunft ist modern und funktional eingerichtet. Es sind viele Möglichkeiten zum Zeitvertreib (Tischtennis, Darts, Kicker, Bogenschießen, Spiele) vorhanden. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und mit ein paar Köstlichkeiten empfangen. Bei Fragen stand uns Erika (auf Deutsch) immer zur Verfügung. Die Besitzer haben zügig auf Anfragen reagiert (z.B. Brennholz und Müllbeutel nachgefüllt). Da es doch recht abgelegen ist, empfielt sich vor dem Treffen am Treffpunkt im Tal direkt einen Einkauf vorzunehmen. Man wird zum Objekt geführt, um die erste Anfahrt zu erleichtern. Hinweis: die Temperaturen können deutlich kühler als im Tal sein und man ist nicht immer über den Wolken. Manchmal auch darunter oder mittendrin. Daher empfielt sich etwas wärmere Kleidung. In der Wohnung sind genug warme Decken und die Heizung (bei Bedarf einschalten) hat echt Power. Der Pool wird nur durch die Solar-Anlage geheizt. Es gibt sogar vor dem Haus eine weitere, neu gebaute Sitzgelegenheit, die auf den Bildern noch nicht zu sehen ist. Alles in Allem war es perfekt für uns und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Der Treffpunkt mit Ignacio hat wunderbar geklappt. Er hat uns den Weg zum Haus gezeigt und im Haus alles erklärt. Sehr nett, sehr freundlich. Die Strasse fanden wir nicht schlimm - die letzten Meter sind etwas abenteuerlich - aber völlig ok. Da es neben und hinter dem Haus viele Bäume hat, hat es zu dieser Jahreszeit (wir waren von Mitte November bis zum 5. Dezember da) praktisch kein Sonnenstrahl zu dem wirklich schönen Pool und Aussenbereich geschafft. Schade! Ansonsten ist das Haus genau so wie auf den Fotos. Alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet.

Das Haus ist fantastisch und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage, bzw. die Anfahrt machen es doch sehr abenteuerlich. Wer sich nicht scheut diese Strapaze auf sich zu nehmen, wird es sehr genießen. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort ist vorbildlich.

Super Urlaub

Es war wirklich ein toller Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, man hat alles da was man braucht. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und auch unsere Ansprechpartnerin war super engagiert und hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Die anfahrt und dann die tägliche Abfahrt ins Tal, sind etwas an das man sich gewöhnen muss, aber auch da ist unsere Ansprechpartnerin sehr hilfsbereit gewesen, damit wir uns zurechtfinden. Alles in allem also super!

Nous recommandons

La maison correspond en tous points à l'annonce, même un peu mieux car les photos datent un peu. 2 semaines de bonheur, avec une vue magnifique, par temps dégagé. (nous avons eu 2 à 3 jours de nuages sur 2 semaines). Maison très bien équipée, accueil de Clara très chaleureux, nous avons un petit soucis d'électricité au milieu du séjour, malgré le fait que nous soyons dimanche, le propriétaire est intervenu en une demi-heure, bravo. Le seul inconvénient, on est un peu loin de tout (1000 mètres d'altitude) et isolé, pour nous, c’est ce que nous recherchions, mais il faut le savoir. En résumé , nous recommandons vivement si vous rechercher des vacances tranquilles. Merci beaucoup

Traumhafter Sommerurlaub

Wir waren insgesamt zwei Wochen in diesem wirklich schönem Haus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Ausblick ist wirklich traumhaft schön und das Haus ist zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein großes Plus ist die Außenküche sowie die Außentoilette. Die Tischtennisplatte wurde jeden Tag genutzt und der Weinkeller (ja, es gibt einen Weinkeller!) sogar auch einmal. Wir vermissen schon jetzt unseren morgendlichen Kaffee auf dem Balkon mit dem Glasfußboden.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Domizil.

Es handelt sich hierbei um ein schönes Grundstück und eine schöne Villa in luftiger Höhe. Es gibt einen tollen Ausblick. Trotz der etwas kühleren Temperaturen kann man die Zeit dort sehr gut verbringen. Gerne wieder.
