Sunny apartment of 120 square meters in independent house, equipped with 4 balconies, 1 of which is large adjacent to the kitchen where you can eat in summer. Kitchen equipped with sofa. Large lounge with round table, sofa and armchair. 2 large double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with single bed. Possibility of extra beds and / or cots for infants.

The house is 800 m from the town of Roccaforte Mondovì, immersed in the nature of the Ellero Valley, at the foot of the mountains, where countless paths of the Via del Sale are passable in summer. Popular cross-country ski resort and 5 km from the Rastello chairlift connected to the Mondole Ski complex.
