Surrounded by fruit trees and spectacular panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, this villa in Nerja is the ideal place to be if you’re looking for a quiet villa to spend your holidays. It’s located in the area of Río Seco, near the beach El Playazo.

The villa features four bedrooms with one stove each, offering space for up to nine people. One bedroom is provided with two, 1.35 mt-wide double beds, one has one 1.35 mt-wide double bed, one relies on two single beds and the last one has one 1.35 mt-wide double bed and an en-suite with shower. The villa also has another bathroom with bathtub to be shared among the guests of the villa. The rustic living area is divided into a fully equipped open kitchen and a dining-living room with sofa and a dining area.

Two bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con.

The spectacular front covered terrace provides you with the ideal place to have your meals and share them with your beloved ones, while you rejoice the sea views provided. Likewise, the fenced private pool offers the best spot to cool yourself down during the hot summer days, at the same time as it offers complete privacy and quietness. All in all, the perfect location of the villa and the views will make for an unforgettable stay on the Costa del Sol.

Mooi, typisch Spaans huis met alle noodzakelijke apparatuur aanwezig. Goed zwembad, afgeschermd met een hekje, zodat je niet constant de kinderen in de gaten moet houden. Ligging is nogal achteraf, en zonder auto bijna niet te bereiken. het ligt midden tussen de boomgaarden aan het einde van een doodlopende weg. Ideaal voor diegene die rust wil. Maar met de auto ben je in 15 minuten in het centrum van Nerja. Wij zijn daar met heel het gezin geweest, 8 volwassenen en 2 kinderen, en hebben het allemaal naar ons zin gehad. goede service van de eigenaar, en elke morgen vers fruit uit de boomgaard.

Schöne Aussicht und schöner Pool. Nette Besitzer, hilfsbereit und haben viele frische Mangos von ihrer Plantage bekommen. Es hat Spaß gemacht!

Nerja et une ville touristique très animée mais aussi très belle et agréable car le front de mer n'est pas bétonné à outrance. Villa idéale pour des vacances;le cadre est agréable et calme avec une belle vue sur la mer.Les conditions d'hébergement et de séjour sont dans l'ensemble excellentes.L'environnement agricole ajoute au charme de l'endroit.L'accueil des propriétaires est détendu et chaleureux .

Very nice house, quite area, pool and many places for relaxing. Lola, the owner was very helpful, we arrived around midnight, but no problem. Place for parking of two cars. I would recommend this house for all travellers. A little bit complicated way from Nerja to the house, but the second day it was already ok :-) We were very satisfied. Lola thanks for our nice stay.

Nos ha gustado mucho, es un casa tranquila y cerca de todo lo que puedas necesitar, tiene un columpio para niños que eso nos vino fenomenal. Está a unos 2 minutos de Nerja. Si quieres tranquilidad, lo tienes. Y tienes Nerja al lado para tapear, salir o comprar. La casa está muy bien, amplia terraza, piscina privada, y rodeada de naturaleza. Es recomendable para todos.
