This modern and incredibly luminous villa is located facing Nerja and the Mediterranean Sea.

The first floor welcomes the master bedroom with a double bed and a private access to the terrace. Here, you will have the chance to take revel in your breakfast or any other meals you’ll wish to enjoy, or just enjoy the sun rays during the warm Andalusian summer. You will soak up the salty atmosphere and relish the overwhelming views of the sea. On the same floor, there is also a private bathroom with shower.

The ground floor features another bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and the cosiest living area you have ever stayed in. The dining-living area is provided with contemporary furniture and a comfortable sofa, while the independent kitchen is completely equipped. You will prepare the most delicious meals and enjoy them with your beloved ones.

Lastly, know that the whole villa is provided with warm/cool air-con.

The stunning terrace is provided with an outdoor dining area, sun loungers and even a private pool, where you will spend the most amazing part of your holidays, accompanied by some stunning views.

The access to the house is made possible by a paved lane.

Schöner Ort, weit weg von der Stadt, daher ist ein Auto unerlässlich. Es war sauber, aber der Pool ist sehr klein. Der Raum im Obergeschoss ist offen und hat keine Türen, um Privatsphäre zu gewährleisten, und es ist sehr warm. Perfekt für Paare. Die Einrichtungen waren ausgezeichnet und es war sehr sauber. Hätte mir mehr Poolhandtücher usw. gewünscht. Und eine Begrüßung mit Milch, Butter usw. im Kühlschrank wäre gut gewesen.

Abseits des geschäftigen Zentrums können Sie die nahe gelegenen Regionen besuchen und sich in einem gemütlichen Haus auf dem Land ausruhen. Die Reform ist neu und zeigt sich in den Qualitäten. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich mit einer sehr engen Behandlung. Ein Haus für Familien mit Kindern oder ein paar Paare.

Wir (Familie mit einem Kind) hatten 10 wundervolle Tage in diesem schönen Haus. Besonders gefallen hat uns die helle und moderne Einrichtung und die behagliche Atmosphäre. Alles ist so, wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Das Auto konnten wir einfach in der Garage unter der Terrasse parken. Aurora ist eine sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Sie spricht zwar kein Deutsch und kein Englisch, die Verständigung hat trotzdem super geklappt.

Bonjour, nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Nerja et ses alentours, la villa est top, propre, fonctionnelle, agréable, calme, la vue est très bien, et surtout la villa correspond exactement aux photos de l'annonce. Des propriétaires très sympa et acceuillant. Nous recommandons cette villa a 100%, d'ailleurs nous y reviendrons certainement et avec grand plaisir...

This property is one of the most beautiful we have ever stayed at and our week there was heavenly. The house is gorgeous....very private, peaceful, elegant, with everything you could want. It is a short drive up into the hills from the seaside town of Nerja, but feels worlds apart.
