Great place, definitely needs some maintenance on some spots but overall great house.

The property is a great place with all the ammunities needed. We stayed for 2 weeks had a great time spent with family. No issues with the house or the location. House keeping could use some improvement though. We are clean people. Drove into trash can sitting at the road overflowing, stairs going up to living areas covered in sand, dish washer full of dishes and floors covered in sand. Otherwise was a fantastic stay. Carolina realtor did stay close in touch and did remove trash the next morning after checkin. I do recommend this house for any vacation time that you are looking for

My experience in dealing with this rental company was terrible!! I realize we had a pandemic going on, but the lack of communication with me was appalling! I left at least four verbal messages and several e-mails, and no one responded. Even while there, we had trouble reaching them. The house had sand all over the floor when we arrived, the fans hadn't be cleaned off in who knows how long, and two of the bathrooms had some mold in the showers! Two doors were left unlocked as well! I would expect more from a house that rented for so much money. The lack of communication throughout this endeavor was extremely disappointing. I would NOT rent through this company again!
