Entièrement équipé (WIFI, coffre-fort, réfrigérateur / congélateur, four traditionnel, four à micro-ondes, plaque de cuisson, lave vaisselle, lave linge, linge de maison, serviettes de plage), rénové récemment, dans une très belle résidence avec 2 magnificent piscines dont l'une immense (80m) dotée d'une enters plage. The residence est gardée la nuit.

Depuis le salon et la terrasse de l’appartement on peut admire the most haute montagne d'Espagne, the majestic volcano Teide. The residence est enrichie d’a tropical garden coloré de fleurs, papillons et perroquets où l'on peut se relaxer au bord des deux piscines.

La mer se trouve at 400m, à 1,5km le petit port of Las Galletas où logent de nombreux centers de plongée et où acheter du poisson fracte directement aux pêcheurs ou déguster la cuisine locale dans les nombreux restaurants typiques. At 10mn voiture, toutes les plus belles plages de l’île, les balneaires les plus renommées comme Los Cristianos et Las Americas also insisted that trés beaux parcs d’attractions eat Siam Park and Acqualand.

Holiday home in a sunny and lively area with a heated swimming pool

We had a wonderful stay in this property. There is a heated swimming pool so you can get into the water even if it is a bit cool. There is also a much bigger unheated swimming pool. There are several wonderful beaches and hiking trails in a short driving distance. If driving is not your thing then there are lots of cafes restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The complex itself is immaculately maintained. The holiday home itself is comfortable and well equipped for a relaxing holiday. The hosts are very friendly and understanding and will go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable.

Top appartement op mooi complex

Een 10 voor Nathalie en Sandro! Snelle, vriendelijke reacties met volop informatie over het appartement en de omgeving. Een brandschoon en goed uitgerust appartement met vaatwasser en wasmachine. Heerlijk bed, goede wifi. We verbleven in februari, hadden geen airco nodig maar in de zomer lijkt 't ons geen overbodige luxe. Het complex is mooi aangelegd, heerlijk zwembad, fijne ligstoelen. Er zijn diverse eettentjes, supermarktjes en winkeltjes direct buiten het park. De omgeving is eerlijk gezegd mooier als je iets verder van het park gaat.

Einfach einfach, aber perfekt!

Zuerst ein Riesen Lob an die Vermieter, angefangen mit Einer wirklich schönen , ruhigen , gemütlichen Wohnung, über eine wirklich herausragende Kommunikation hatten wir einen super Urlaub ! Mit dem Ziel die Insel zu erkunden hatten wir einen 2wöchigen Aufenthalt. Ein Auto ist definitiv von Vorteil, die Insel hat vieles zu bieten. Costa del silencio ist sehr gut gelegen, für Leute die den Trubel des Alltagstourismus nicht wollen ! Von hier aus ist alles sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen. In dierekter Umgebung ist ein Supermarkt und sehr schöne „Klippen“ am Meer welche sich zum Schnorcheln perfekt eigenen, glasklares Wasser ... Die Wohnung war sauber und bot alles was man benötigt. Der große Pool war sehr schön und nie maßlos überfüllt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft reinen Gewissens jedem weiterempfehlen ! Vom Check in bis zum Checkout war (wie auch schon vor Anreise) stetig ein Austausch mit dem Vermieter möglich, sie standen uns wirklich mit Rat und Tat zur Seite , immer ! Die ausführlichen Auskünfte und vor allem Tipps über die Insel und Unternehmungen waren hervorragend ! Vielen Dank für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Excellent accommodation

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. We found the swimming pools just a few steps down and had them almost to ourselves. We used public transport to look around and the buses are close by and frequent. Food shopping is a few minutes walk and we would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

The property was made very comfortable, clean and well equipped with essential appliances.

The apartment complex was immaculate with lovely large pool and bathing area set within beautiful grounds. They were well maintained at all times. We enjoyed the relaxed ambience as everything seemed so free and easy to use. Our hosts were warm, welcoming and friendly. Prior to arriving they were most helpful and diligent ensuring our accommodation was made comfortable for our needs. I give a great big thank you for the extra touches provided such as delivering a present on Christmas eve, putting up a Christmas tree for us on arrival and giving us a small leaving present - nice! I will definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending.

Very nice and quiet apartment

We were Nathalie's and Sandro's guests in February 2017. The contact with our hosts was very plesant from the very beginning. During our stay, Sandro was always available to help with missing items or to fix little problems. Fortunately, we didn't have to use his service often, because the apartment is in very good condition. The appartment itself is part of an appartment complex of approx. 400 appartments in 3 levels, that form a big oval around a central area with a swiming pool. The pool was out of order during our stay, but that was no problem for us (we already knew about it from other posts), as we prefer to swim in the sea. A really nice spot for swimming called Playa Amarilla ist within 5 mins walking distance. You comfortably enter the crystal blue water via a ladder and have perfect swimming conditions. We were there almost every day. The terrain is rocky, but also has some nice sandstone niches for sun bathing. If you prefer the pool, we recommend you conatct Sandro & Nathalie and ask if it is available again. The appartment complex was very quiet when we were there, not even half of the appartments seem to be inhabitated. The surrounding is also very peaceful, although there is everything (supermarket, bakery, bars, many restaurants, pharmacy, ...) you might need in a walking distace. We constantly saw planes approaching the Tenerife South Airport from our appartment, but they fly still that high in this region, so they don't really make noise. The appartment also had everything we needed (including great sunsets!), so we had a wonderful and peaceful holiday to recharge our batteries. We never had any problems to find a parking lot for our rental car and you reach the highway without any traffic jams. We highly recommend this appartment (and the weather in southern Tenerife) and we have already decided to come back next year!

Beautiful and charming Place

We really appreciated the stay at Nathalie and Sandros place. It's located in a beautiful and quiet apartment complex surrounding a huge swimming pool. The Costa Del Silencio area is very cozy and close to the beach, with lots of restaurants. the flat is absolutely nice and clean, everything you need for cooking in the kitchen is provided. Internet works perfectly. Nathalie and Sandro are perfect hosts, very welcoming and friendly, and always available for questions. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to stay for families!

The apartment was precisely clean which is most important when traveling with little children. Place is very nice and secure! The hosts are really kind and helpful with everything. Wifi working perfectly. Shops and bars within short walking distance. I would highly recommend for a family stay!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Von unserer Terasse konnten wir sogar den Pico del Teide sehen. Die Eigentümer Sandro und Nathalie sind sehr nett. Auch die Umgebung ist toll. Die Küste ist sehr schön und in dem Ort gibt es viele Restaurants mit sehr günstigen Preisen.

I really recommend the apartment! It was furnished as described and very clean! The residence is calm and protected and you can find all you need nearby. The owner was very kind and helpful and gave us very good advises for nice restaurants and places to go. We had great holidays!

....per una vacanza al top !

Io affitto case vacanze in Italia e ho viaggiato in tutta Europa sempre usando queste soluzioni. E’ per questo che se vi dico che la casa di Sandro e Nathalie è perfetta per una vacanza a Tenerife, potete credermi. Nuova, carina, sicura, attrezzata, WI-FI, parcheggio no problem gratuito, piscina (prossimamente), pratica (market ad un passo), possibilità di andare a piedi al mare, esposizione perfetta al sole, buon rapporto qualità prezzo ed ottima posizione strategica vicino a tutto ma fuori dal caos, ma attenzione vi ricordo la cosa più importante quando si è lontani da casa: l'assistenza. Sandro e Nathalie ci hanno fornito consigli, una piccola guida, e soprattutto hanno dimostrato di essere pronti e disponibili verso di noi in caso di bisogno e nella nostra lingua: due fattori basilari che trasmettono tranquillità e consentono di vivere la vacanza al massimo, come in effetti la nostra vacanza è stata: AL MASSIMO !

Nous y avons séjourné 3 semaines . Appartement récemment refait ,très propre ,et très calme,tant dans la résidence elle même qu'aux alentours La résidence est fermée ,les voitures restent à l'extérieur et il y a de la place pour se garer . La propriétaire,très soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires, nous a donné des indications très précises pour le trajet et pour faire nos courses .A proximité ,nombreux petits restaurants et supérettes,ainsi qu'un marché de produits du terroir .

ottima sistemazione in costa del silencio.

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo questo appartamento, completamente rinnovato e dotato di tutte le comodità: ampio divano letto, tv satellitare, wi fi, cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici. fuori c'é un'ampia terrazza che permette di mangiare all'aperto. l'appartamento é inserito all'interno di un residence con una bellissima piscina. purtroppo durante la nostra vacanza la piscina era vuota perché in attesa di essere sistemata, e una volta che lo sará, la sistemazione sará assolutamente perfetta! speriamo di ritornare il prima possibile!! i proprietari sono stati gentili e disponibili e consigliamo a tutti questo appartamento

LOCATION FAITE EN AOUT 2014

location tres agréable, tres bien équipée, rien a dire. Tres bons conseils des proporiétaires. Grande piscine, avec effectivement une entrée plage. Résidence tres calme. Chaleur et soleil étaient au rendez vous, donc le top. pour découvrir Ténérife, aéroport a 1/4 d'heure a peine en voiture. je vous conseille cette location.
