Splendid stay at Cortijo Rica

Superb property for a peaceful and quiet getaway. The house was excellent, Jose was an excellent host, fresh eggs, his own olive oil from the surrounding groves and a lovely cake on arrival. Everything was great, we shall absolutely plan a return visit to such a perfect place.

Rural Paradise

If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is a rural paradise. This, our first visit to Andalusia, was in the first two weeks in April 2024. Every day was sunny and we enjoyed daytime temperatures in excess of 25C. Temperatures at night were as low as 12C and some form of heating may be needed. The property is run by a young couple who are extremely helpful and friendly. During our stay they generously provided us with their locally produced olive oil, eggs from their hens and asparagus. They did not intrude but were happy to help with any queries and offered recommendations for tourist sights, restaurants, and places for shopping. We sampled all three of the recommended restaurants and they were truly very good indeed. Unfortunately, the pool was not available to us and we were told that the water temperature would remain too low until mid May when the pool can be used for short periods. It was a great pity given the high daytime temperatures and in my opinion it would pay dividends to offer guests a heated pool as an option. The property is pleasant, clean and well equipped. It is situated in an isolated location in a vast area covered in olive groves. Ideal for anyone seeking peace and quiet. That said the property is also home to two small cats that seek constant stroking. If you are not a cat person the best advice is to ignore them and eventually they will leave you alone. The house is accessed by an unmade road/track which could be difficult to find but

Dieser Urlaub war für uns unbeschreiblich schön, da wir uns im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes in einer grünen Oase der Ruhe befanden. Der Poolbereich ist fantastisch angelegt und das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Tierlieb zu sein ist sicherlich von grossem Vorteil, da es sehr, sehr viele davon dort gibt. Die Anfahrt ist gewohnt steinig und staubig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in einiger Entfernung gegeben. Lidl in Loja wäre eine Empfehlung. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit.

Bonjour, nous avons passé  un merveilleux séjour dans la villa  de José,  le propriétaire est  d'une grande gentillesse et d' une grande disponibilité. La maison est d une propreté irréprochable avec des meubles et très bien équipé .la villa est telle que décrite dans la description . Piscine au top .le calme absolue autour des oliviers. Nous avons reçu de l'huile d'olive bio ,des légumes  et des oeufs frais du poulailler  . merci encore pour la petite balade avec PÉPÉ.  Je recommande vivement.

Da wir ja bereits im September letzten Jahres das Haus gemietet hatten, wussten wir welches traumhafte Haus uns erwartet. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, das Haus wurde mit neuen Möbeln und einer Spülmaschine aufgewertet. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und zugewandt, er erkundigt sich täglich ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob etwas benötigt wird. Er hat Ausflugstipps parat und Lokale in denen man gut essen kann. Haben wir ausprobiert und waren begeistert. Wer Ruhe, Entspannung und Erholung sucht wird hier nicht enttäuscht. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Grundstück sehr gepflegt. Die Lage hat uns begeistert, es war himmlisch ruhig. Die Vermieter haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts mit frischen Gemüse und Obst versorgt. Wir konnten uns Eier von den Hühnern holen. Die Kommunikation klappte Dank Übersetzung's App sehr gut.

Super ausgestattete Finca inmitten von unendlichen Olivenplantagen. Soweit das Auge reicht keine Nachbarn, absolut ruhige allein Lage. Am Horizont die Sierra Nevada und abends die Lichter von Granada. Jose kümmert sich nicht nur liebevoll um seine Tiere (ca.50 Vögel in zwei Volieren hinterm Haus, unweit ein großes Gehege mit Hühnern, daneben etliche Ziegen und ein Pferd, zwei Hunde sowie 5 Katzen) sondern auch um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste! Tipps für Ausflüge hatte er, sowie zwei Tüten mit Gemüse für uns (Auberginen, Tomaten, Paprika) und zur Begrüßung selbstgemachtes Olivenöl. Im Kühlschrank waren Getränke vorhanden und Orangen sowie Granatäpfel standen auf dem Tisch. Wer hier Urlaub macht hat ein Stück Paradies gefunden

Séjour merveilleux au sein de cette jolie ferme. Loin de tout, nous avons pu profiter des environs de cette belle maison dans la tranquillité. Les animaux change tout, ils donnent un sensation de sécurité incroyable. Le coq le matin, le chant des oiseaux, les œufs frais, l'accueil des chiens.. bref c'était génial. La maison est grande et d'une propreté irréprochable. Les hôtes sont très généreux et incroyablement gentils !! Ils nous gâté avec de petites intentions à notre arrivé avec du coca et de l'eau dans le frigo, une bouteille d'huile bio de chez eux, un bac entier de légumes bio de chez eux également, des biscuits,.. bref nous avons très bien été reçu et nous les remercions pour leur confiance ! La maison est loin et il y a beaucoup de petits chemins pour y accéder. Au début ça fait un peu peur la nuit surtout car on peut vite se tromper mais après 2 jours c réglé. Il y a plusieurs petits villages autour et Granada est à peu près à 1h de là. Honnêtement cette maison a tellement tout à offrir que ça ne donne pas envie de sortir de là ! On reviendra !

Maison magnifique avec une immense piscine, une vue magnifique sur les oliviers! Un dépaysement total qui fait oublier le stress quotidien! Des animaux (chèvres, poules, cheval, chiens,…) des œufs frais tout les matins! Les propriétaires sont super gentils! Surtout José toujours disponible pour aider, il nous a montré pas mal d’endroit à visiter ! Nous a offert une cagette de légumes bio, ainsi qu’une bouteille d’huile d’olives de leur production biologique également! Un endroit coupé du monde pour se ressourcer, entièrement privé avec tout le confort nécessaire !! Je recommande a 10000%

Superbe séjour dans la villa. Tout était parfait. C'est l'endroit ideal pour être déconnecté du rythme et du stress des grandes villes, et de bien profiter du calme. De plus, la piscine, les grands espaces et les animaux (oiseaux, chèvres, poules, chiens, chats, cheval, lapins) seront appreciés des enfants. José Luis et Christina nous ont bien accueills et ont fournit toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre séjour. Nous recommandons fortement cette location ! A refaire.

Es war herrlich, qausi ganz allein mit den Tieren und den fremden Geräuschen, die wir in der Stadt kaum wahrnehmen. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist mit Herz und Seele voll dabei. Ob wir Olivenöl brauchten oder Eier von den Hühnern die Gastgeberfamilie hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für uns. Wir haben auch ein paar Tipps für die nächsten Mieter... Unter der Nummer 0034 646572486 kommt jeden Tag circa 9.00 Uhr die Panadera (Bäckerin) ins Dorf Santa Cruz del Comercio bei Ihr bekommt ihr Brot und Kuchen (Biscocho de Chocolate) der Hammer. Wer ins Dorf frühstücken will ( Plaza del Ayuntamiento) Mittwoch geschlossen... Zwei Café con leche und zwei halbes Toast mit Tomate y Aceite für circa Fünf Fünfzig Euro unschlagbar günstig. Fürs Abendessen schlagen wir Alhama de Granada vor. Dort findet ihr El Tigre, El Andaluz oder El Gallego wo mann gut essen gehen kann. Zum Schluss Danken wir der Familie für alle ihre Mühen...Wir kommen bestimmt nochmals wieder......
