Antonella: House with large garden and private pool
Cosy house with a spacious outdoor area, private pool, terrace with a variety of outdoor furniture and large garden, where children can play and run freely.
Located a few metres from the Montgrí Natural Park, a perfect natural space for walking, cycling, enjoying fauna, flora and landscape. Riells beach is 1.4 km away and Montgó beach is 1.8 km away.
The house is distributed in living room, dining room with access to the terrace, kitchen (with basic utensils, pots and paella pans), one double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub, another double bedroom, one room with two single beds, bathroom with shower, and an independent double bedroom, with entrance from the garden, with toilet and shower. Air conditioning is in the dining room.
In total, 8 people can be accommodated in the house: in 3 double beds and 2 single beds.
Entry: from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sunday or holidays, contact the agency. Key collection location: the agency. A deposit will be paid as a guarantee with a card upon arrival (€300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bedding is included in the final cleaning price.
Mandatory services: Tourist tax (for those over 16 years old). Towels (€11.90 per booking, which includes a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel, and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional paid services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in after 8:00 pm.

Le service rapide pour les problèmes de chauffage,apporter une couette suppléméntaire,remplacer le robinet défectueux dans la baignoire. Merci
Le jardin est spacieux pour les enfants et ombragé
L endroit est très calme durant ces vacances de Paques.L accès à la plage peut se faire à pied
Quelques petits points à améliorer pour faire de cette maison une superbe maison de vacances :la propreté dans la chambre jardin,les casseroles dans la cuisine(une seule) et beaucoup de poèlons,Le local machine à lessiver était très sale,les abords de la piscine également .Le matelas d'une chambre serait à remplacer......la table de la salle à manger est branlante...

Le coin piscine, le grand jardin, la chambre indépendante, le nombre de salles d'eau.
Vérifiez les appareils ménagers....lave vaisselle un peu petit pour le nombre de personnes.

Suerte del buen tiempo
El alojamiento esta bien pero no para 8 personas. Tuvimos suerte del tiempo y pudimos estar siempre fuera. Aire acondicionado solo hay uno y en el pasillo. Habitaciones con ventilador. Faltaba un sillon en el comedor de la piscina para comer. Tuvimos que cojer una silla y la nevera estuvimos 2 dias sin que funcionara. La situación muy buena y la casa muy tranquila. Encuentro muy grave por eso que se presente un jardinero a las 8 de lamañana sin avisar y te lo encuentres en el jardín, comentando que la agencia ya sabia que iba a venir.
