Villa in a quiet setting, 5 minutes from the sea, 50 meters from a nuraghe.
Housing unit consisting of a small villa with a veranda facing the sea and another towards the garden, which is exposed to a large green and peaceful area. Possibility of outdoor kitchen with oven and grill. "Nuraghe", typical archaeological find of Sardinia, at ca. 50 meters above the house. Emergency room, supermarket, restaurant, pizzerias, and ice cream shop nearby. It takes 5 minutes on foot to reach a beautiful free beach, very wide, with fine sand, and uncrowded. Being surrounded by mountains there is the possibility of walking and tracking in the mountains.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa è in zona davvero tranquilla e strategica, con spiaggia molto bella e poco affollata raggiungibile in 4 minuti a piedi e vari luoghi e sagre a portata di auto, la consigliamo!

Soweit ganz nettes Häuschen Man darf nicht allzu kleinig sein was Sauberkeit der Kücheneinrichtung und des Grundstücks angeht.Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen
