The two-room apartments of the Residence Verde Mare are structured on 2 levels with a living area on the ground floor, where the kitchen, table, fridge, wardrobe, TV cabinet and sofa bed are located. In the upper mezzanine area are the bedroom and the bathroom. All apartments have an outdoor patio with table and chairs, air conditioning, flat screen TV. The Wi-Fi line is available in the common areas and the use of the residence's washing machine is available at a cost of 3 euros. We accept the presence of animals as long as they are not above average, at the additional cost per stay of € 30.00.
