Holiday home in Cómpeta, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This gorgeous house is located next to Sierra de Tejada, between the villages of Cómpeta and Canillas de Albaida. This is is the perfect place to disconnect and spend your holidays with your beloved ones. This place gives you the possibility to rest in a quiet, green setting, and to truly recharge your batteries.

The very luminous indoor is divided into 4 bedrooms with a private bathroom each: two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, and two are provided with three twin beds each. Therefore, the house can sleep up to 10 guests. The spacious living room with fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen, and the comfortable dining room overlooking the garden complete the distribution of the villa.

All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with warm/cold air-conditioning.

The outdoor area offers the possibility to unwind and spend a relaxing time in its different areas: enjoy your meals sitting under a tent, relax in the chill-out area, lie on a sunbed under parasols, swim in the pool and organize an amazing barbecue party with your family.

Access to the house is possible thanks to a paved lane, easily reachable from the A-7207 highway.

Superb Accommodation

Everything about our stay was perfect! The property was tastefully decorated, well presented and extremely clean. It was ideally located close to Competa, handy for supermarkets and restaurants. Each of the bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms and the rooms were all a decent size and the beds were comfortable. The outside area was spacious, pool was a good size and clean. The outside kitchen area was a wonderful addition featuring a BBQ, fridge freezer and sink. Outside you will also find a useful toilet and shower. Inside, the open plan living, dining and kitchen area was very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and with all the amenities you need. The owner, Juan, was absolutely great! Extremely pleasant, very helpful and always on hand. We had an amazing holiday, in part thanks to Juan and his beautiful property.

Villa with great views

Nicely furnished, well equipped and spacious. Inside main villa there are two twin bedrooms en suite and one double en suite. Outside is a separate bedroom with bathroom but this wasn’t functioning and was locked. Luckily we didn’t need it but it would have been good to know this before hand. Outside space was nicely maintained with sun beds and a large table and chairs. Also an outside toilet. Nice pool but not heated so cold in the winter. The villa is on the Competa to Canilles road and so there is some road noise - although this is not a busy road and it didn’t really bother us when we were by the pool. They are building a new road into town just up behind the villa. Once this is finished it will make the walk into town much quicker - just a few minutes on the main road then 5 minutes up the new road. Take a torch for walking on the main road at night. Wonderful views , sunsets and night sky.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Ferienhaus! Bedenken Sie, dass Sie von der Autobahn aus eine halbe Stunde in die Berge fahren müssen, bevor Sie am Haus ankommen. Die Stadt, in der sich das Haus befindet, ist klein und stimmungsvoll. Das Haus war sehr sauber und alles war gut gepflegt. Der Pool war schön und der Grill draußen war schön. Der Herd funktionierte nicht ganz wie vorgesehen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub!

Wir hatten gerade einen fantastischen Urlaub. Dies war unser erster Aufenthalt in einer Villa und dieses Haus und sein Besitzer haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir hatten einen Transfer vom Flughafen, der uns am Treffpunkt in Cómpeta (nicht in der Villa) absetzte. Von dort waren es 15 Minuten zu Fuß, mit 4 Kindern und einem Baby und allen Koffern in vollem Gange. Vielleicht lag es an unserer Unerfahrenheit im Umgang mit einer Villa. Ich glaube, der Eigentümer hat erwartet, dass wir ein Auto mieten, und er gibt Ihnen nicht die tatsächliche Adresse der Villa. Als wir zurückkamen, mussten wir unserer Transferfirma die Einzelheiten der Villa mitteilen, damit sie uns finden konnte und wir vor unserem Flug nicht noch einmal laufen mussten. Dies war ein kleines Detail und hatte keinerlei Einfluss auf den Urlaub. Ich wünschte, wir wüssten das. Die Villa war makellos und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen wieder 💃

Wunderschöne Lage, makellos sauber, gute Ausstattung. Die Hauptterrasse liegt in der Nähe einer belebten Straße. Es wurden keine grundlegenden Kochzutaten oder Wasser bereitgestellt. Das bedeutete, dass wir viele Dinge kaufen mussten, die wir nicht verwenden konnten, wie zum Beispiel Olivenöl, Gewürze, Spülmaschinentabs usw. Dennoch ein ruhiger und angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Wir haben das Haus mit 8 Leuten gemietet.Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet…Platz für alle sehr gut. Küche voll ausgestattet….sehr gepflegte Außenanlagen. Haus und Zimmer wurden sehr sauber vorgefunden. Alles in allem ein wirklich weiter zu empfehlenswertes Haus👍🌞😍

Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, unschlagbare Lage und das Haus ist genauso wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung zu sehen. Es ist wirklich hübsch, kokett in der Dekoration und sehr komfortabel. Jedes seiner Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Der Besitzer (Juan) ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und ich habe dafür gesorgt, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Der Außenbereich ist wunderbar und die Sonne scheint den ganzen Tag! Schade, dass wir im Dezember nicht den fantastischen Pool genießen konnten, aber das Barbecue haben wir sehr genossen! Wir geben dem Haus und seinem Besitzer eine 10!

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind tiptop gepflegt, sauber und bestens ausgestattet! Es ist fast alles neu (-wertig)! Bis zu 10 Personen finden hier Platz in 4 Schlafräumen mit 4 Bädern, offener Küche und großem Wohn- und Essbereich. Von hier blickt man durch die große, bodentiefe Fensterfront (Schiebtüren) auf die Außenanlage mit Pool. Wir waren nur zu zweit in diesem Haus, sind aber sicher, dass es auch für 10 Personen mehr als ausreichend ausgestattet ist. Die Küche ist so gut wie neu (großer Kühlschrank!), jede Menge neues Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck, Kochutensilien und "Küchenhelfer" sind vorhanden. Die Fotos entsprechen zu 100 Prozent der vorgefundenen Realität. Der Blick über die Hecke Richtung Meer (geschätzt ca 10 km Luftlinie) ist fantastisch! Der Pool war im November noch gefüllt; Wasser war zwar ziemlich kalt aber sauber und wurde sogar während unserer Mietzeit gereinigt. Der Zugang zum Grundstück wird von einem elektrisch betriebenen, großen, schweren Rolltor geschlossen. Das Grundstück kann in der Dunkelheit komplett und sehr hell beleuchtet werden. Wifi funktioniert tadellos. Der einzige kleine Nachteil dieses tollen Hauses ist die Lage unmittelbar an der Straße von Competa nach Canillas de Albaida. Da der Verkehr direkt an der Hecke vorbei führt, kann die Geräuschkulisse und der Abgasgeruch den Aufenthalt draussen durchaus beeinträchtigen, insbesondere wenn man Ruhe und Erholung am Pool sucht. Uns hat das nicht allzu sehr gestört, da wir tagsüber eher unterwegs waren. Nachts herrscht nur sehr wenig Verkehr, so dass es sehr ruhig ist und man ohne Verkehrsgeräusche sehr gut schlafen kann. Die Vermieter, Rosa und Juan, waren für uns jederzeit erreichbar und waren innerhalb von max. 15 Minuten vor Ort, wenn nötig. Beide sprechen eher gebrochen Englisch, aber dennoch klappte die Verständigung recht gut. Beide sind total nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Abreisetag mussten wir das Haus nicht - wie oftmals üblich - bis 10:00 Uhr verlassen, sondern konnten bis in den späten Nachmittag bleiben. Die hinterlegte Kaution haben wir ohne jegliche Beanstandung in bar zurückbekommen! Wir haben uns 8 Tage lang uneingeschränkt sehr wohl gefühlt!

Would highly recommend and would definitely come again. The hosts are weary welcoming and any questions were answered quickly.

Fijn huis met veel voorzieningen, 3 slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer. 1 slaapkamer staat "los" van het huis. Er is een ruim terras rondom het zwembad en met een trappetje omhoog is nog een terras waar je heerlijk onder een rieten mat en vaak met een beetje wind, kunt zitten en waar je een mooi uitzicht hebt. Het verkeer wat over de weg rijdt die langs het huis ligt is hoorbaar, maar niet hinderlijk. Het dorp is op loopafstand. Op een zaterdagochtend vroeg hadden we geen warm water. Nadat we het gemeld hadden was het binnen 1,5 uur verholpen. Inclusief het inschakelen van een loodgieter! Een nadeel van de losse slaapkamer vonden wij dat je geen privacy hebt als je het toilet wilde gebruiken. Badkamer en slaapkamer waren door middel van een half muurtje van elkaar gescheiden en was dus half open. We misten eigenlijk 2 dingen, dat was een goed koffieapparaat zoals een dolce gusto of een nespresso en een drooglijn of rekje om de gewassen was op te hangen. We hadden dat niet gemeld en mogelijk als we dat gedaan zouden hebben was het waarschijnlijk ook verholpen. Al met al, een mooie plek om je vakantie te vieren.

Casa perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos, la casa es perfecta, tal cual se ve en las fotos. Tiene aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y en el salón. Está muy limpia y bien equipada. La piscina y el exterior son espectaculares, puedes pasar todo el día allí. El pueblo está muy cerca. Nos hubiéramos quedado más tiempo.
