Rural apartment located in a natural environment in front of the Pataria de Cantaria and only 15 km from the Play of Laredo, with 2 rooms, bathrooms, living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen.
The apartment has sheets, blankets and towels.
It offers to the travelers a typical construction of the zone in stone and wood of more than 100 years of antiquity, and totally reformed in May 2012.


The apartment is located in front of the patron saint of Cantabria, surrounded by a natural environment in which there is still livestock and only 15 km from the beach of Laredo.

Wie immer wunderbar ☺️

War nun schon das dritte Mal bei Irene, und es war wie immer alles perfekt. Einzig und allein das WLan war diesmal ziemlich schlecht. Ansonsten kann ich einen Urlaub dort nur weiterempfehlen. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Tal y como figura en el anuncio. La ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo pero con la libertad de estar en una casita aislada del bullicio. Encantador dormirse oyendo los cencerros de las vaquitas. La casa limpia y muy cuidada. La anfitriona de diez. Atenta con nosotros en todo momento y solucionando un pequeño problema con la calefacción al instante. Repetiremos en cuanto haya ocasión.

Localización fantástica si quieres estar aislado, se necesita coche para llegar a Ampuero, pero el sitio es excepcional, rodeado de cosas muy interesantes de interior y a unos 30 min de la playa. Es un complejo de apartamentos muy tranquilos y bien equipados. Muy cerca de la ermita de la Bien Aparecida, arriba de un momte con unas vistas espléndidas.

Traumhafte Natur...

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung inmitten bäuerlicher Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet und die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Leider sind die einfachen Holzdecken extrem hellhörig und wenn die Obermieter Frühaufsteher sind, ist es mit der Nachtruhe vorbei. Ist aber der einzige Minuspunkt! Alles andere war einfach nur perfekt! Danke Irene!!!

Irene war eine äußerst freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung war perfekt und alles sehr sauber. Das Haus ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen.

Beautiful natural setting

Irene responded quickly to my emails, gave us good directions, and met us on time for check in. The place is an amazing spot next to pastures. I didn't realize that there were 3 adjacent units and it was a little be noisy at times but overall we were very happy because the place was clean and modern. There were many flies when the cows are nearby. I recommend keeping the de-humidifier on at all times. Everything in the uint was well kept and in working order. We would definitively recommend it to friends.

Es un osais en medio de la naturaleza, rodeada de montañas y tranquilidad. Con mucho gusto en la decoración y u s atención muy cercana Nos ha encantado.

La casa es muy bonita se compone de tres apartamentos independientes. Todo muy limpio y la decoración cuidada. Son dos habitaciones una en la misma planta que el salón con cama de matrimonio muy cómoda y otra arriba con una cama también de matrimonio muy grande. Hay varias almohadas mantas etc... Tiene buena calefacción, utensilios cocina etc no nos faltó nada. Los alrededores son preciosos está justo en frente del Santuario. Cerca de Santoña Laredo Santander Cabarceno.... La propietaria muy atenta y amable. Sin duda estuvimos muy a gusto.
