Casa María de Vélez Almayate Alto by Ruralidays

Holiday home on the outskirts of Almayate, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.

The splendid location of this house allows you to enjoy dreamlike views of the hills that surround the accommodation and, above all, the Mediterranean Sea. You can spend your holidays here with your family, and allow them (and you) to enjoy the house and its amenities.

The three bedrooms of the house are equipped with comfortable beds so that you can enjoy the most regenerating sleep. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. Another single bed is located in the third bedroom, and you can request an extra bed to make the house sleep 6 people.

The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, whose modern appliances will be ideal for preparing delicious dishes.

All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning.

In the outdoor area, you will find two separate areas. The front area consists of a huge terrace with a dining table, barbecue and the most impressive views you can imagine. At the back, there is a pergola, under which there is a chill-out area, where you can enjoy a glass of wine and the breeze. Right next to it, the beautiful private pool ensures that the whole family will not have to spend a moment too hot: all you have to do is jump in and enjoy its refreshing waters.

Access to the house, which also has a private parking space for 3 spaces, is possible via a 300-metre dirt and concrete lane.

Wonderful

A very nice and caring Host.Great ocean View.To have a rented care is a must. No public transportation near by.Great House and Garden.We would stay there again.We had a wonderful time.

Peaceful with views

We stayed for a week in October half term. Only 30-35 minutes drive from Malaga airport. Some of us rented bikes and went cycling - some good climbs around. Pool is perfect to cool off in. There is lots of outdoor space and seating, a great BBQ and well equipped kitchen. Owners were super responsive and there was a small supermarket about 5 mins drive away. .

Excellent rural villa

We booked the villa for a family get away to properly unwind. The kids had a blast with the pool and the rural location was fantastic for the adults to just relax and read a book. The villa was well equiped and had everything we needed. With Torre del Mar only 15 mins drive away lots of choice for shops, restaurants and much more if you wanted to get out and about. Our host Lorena was fantastic, very friendly and very sympathetic towards my rusty Spanish! Could not recommended this place more for a relaxing get away and we fully intend on going back

Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, um einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen, es hat viel Land und mehrere Bereiche zum Entspannen, der Pool ist großartig, Lorena und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und aufmerksam, als wir ankamen ein großer Obstkorb und zwei Flaschen Wasser im Kühlschrank, was wir nach einer 6-stündigen Fahrt sehr zu schätzen wissen, sie standen uns jederzeit zur Verfügung, es war ein Erlebnis von 10, ich kann dieses Haus jedem empfehlen und wenn Wenn man ein Haustier mitnimmt, ist das großartig, sie haben viel Platz zum Austoben und ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen Strand, wo Hunde hingehen und niemand etwas sagt, was ich gesagt habe, war ein toller Urlaub.

Abgesehen von der Bettwäsche mussten wir im Doppelzimmer die Matratzen austauschen, da der Bettboden eingegraben ist. Termin bei der Abreise ohne Nachricht/Anruf von den Eigentümern nicht eingehalten. Wir hatten jedoch darauf bestanden, wann wir abreisen wollten, und mussten sie anrufen, als wir die Verspätung bemerkten. Schande.

Wir haben Ruhe und Trost gefunden, wie wir es erwartet hatten. Der Besitzer ist sehr aufmerksam und nahbar. Der Obstkorb war ein Detail. Die Veranda lädt zum stundenlangen Verweilen ein

Immaculate villa

This was a lovely villa. I cannot express how clean it was, absolutely spotless inside and out. We had everything we could possibly need and the owners were on hand should we need anything, which we didn't. The owners were also lovely. Lorena was a wonderful lady, who gave us a warm welcome, very kind and sweet. I would highly recommend this villa.

Het was een super mooie en leuke locatie, enige nadeel was dat er vaak honden blaffen in de buurt wat soms wel storend kan zijn. Het zwembad is zeker een extra troef + ze komen deze ook kuisen want op de berg is er soms wat zand maar daar hebben wij dus niks van gemerkt. Zeer steile berg dus het is wel een locatie voor durvers, het voordeel is dan terug dat je auto voorbij de poort kan staan naar het huis waar het vlak is.

Die Villa ist sehr sehr sauber in ruhiger Lage ohne Hektik gelegen. Das Schwimmbad ist ohne vis-à-vis umgeben von Mangofeldern ein echter Moment der Entspannung garantiert ... Ich möchte darauf hinweisen, dass das Haus auf der Grillseite mit einer hübschen Pergola ausgestattet ist, die auf den sehr praktischen Fotos nicht zu sehen ist.

Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques dans la villa Maria, un grand merci à Lorena et son mari pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. La villa est très très propre et bien équipée. située dans un endroit calme sans agitation. la piscine est sans vis-à-vis entourer de champs de mangue un vrai moment de détente garanti... Je tiens à préciser que la maison est équipée d'une jolie pergola côté barbecue que l'on ne voit pas sur les photos très pratiques Modifier
