When you want to unwind, relax and enjoy the beaches of the Costa del Sol, you should take a closer look at this villa in Torrox Costa, only 1 km from the seashore. The light-filled interior allows the whole family to gather and spend some time together, whereas outside, the private pool is ideal to refresh.

The house is provided with a beautiful living area, from which you will access all the other rooms in the villa. The house’s main space is divided into a lounge area with TV, where a fabulous wood-burning stove provides the warmest atmosphere, a dining area for all the family members to enjoy their meals together, and a smaller sitting area with two sofas. The huge independent kitchen features all the appliances you’ll need to prepare the most delicious dishes, as well as a kitchen island. The three bedrooms of the villa are all equipped with warm/cool air-con: two of them are furnished with a double bed each, and the third bedroom is provided with two twin beds. The two bathrooms both have a shower.

The living room opens onto a veranda, where an outdoor dining table lets you make the most of the fabulous weather conditions just by opening the doors. From here, a few steps lead to the enclosed patio, where you will spend some unforgettable moments. You can choose to play some ping-pong, sunbathe on the sun loungers, relax on the swing sofa, prepare some delicious meals on the covered BBQ, or have a dip in the private pool. However, the icing on the cake is the outdoor Jacuzzi, which relies on an electric motor to filter and heat the water.

The access to the villa is possible via a paved lane.

Great Villa

The Villa is beautiful, photos don’t do it justice. It was spotless. Salvador was very helpful, nothing too much trouble. The children had a great time, didn’t want to come home. Would really recommend this Villa. We would say 10 out of 10.

Everything was pure perfection including the use of the hot tub. A car is pretty essential but lots to do in the area, especially visiting Frigiliana. We are planning on coming back later this year - plenty of room for 6 people. Highly recommend.

Grandioses Haus

Geräumiges Haus mit großer Wohnfläche, sehr gut ausgestattet, mit vielen Extras. Schönes Außengelände mit Lounge, überdachtem Grill, Jacuzzi und kleinem Pool, Tischtennis u.v.m. Wir haben schon oft Häuser in diversen Ländern gebucht. Dieses war eindeutig das Beste. Die direkte Umgebung ist zwar nicht so ansprechend, aber davon sieht man nichts, wenn man drin ist, dafür aber den grandiosen Meerblick. Die Lage ist gut nicht weit von Geschäften, Restaurants, Meer, diversen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Vermieter Salvador und seine Frau Montsi sind mehr als freundlich. Wir fanden bei Ankunft verschiedene Leckereien. Die Kommunikation mit Salvador über WhatsApp war sehr gut. Er antwortete immer schnell. Kleine Probleme, die in einem Haus immer mal vorkommen können, wurden schnell behoben. Der beste Vermieter den wir bisher hatten.

Ich habe unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Salvador, der Gastgeber, blieb während des gesamten Aufenthalts in Kontakt und sorgte dafür, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten. Er hinterließ uns sogar ein paar frische Avocados von der örtlichen Farm. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, ideale Lage für einen Besuch am Meer, wo es viele Restaurants gibt, Lidl liegt in der Nähe des Supermarkts. Der Bonus war der Whirlpool in der Nacht, wo es sehr ruhig und entspannt war.

Die Kinder liebten es, und die Erwachsenen auch. Wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit, Torrox und Malaga sind wunderbare Städte, um einen Urlaub mit Freunden und Familie zu verbringen. Mehrere Supermärkte befinden sich in einem Umkreis von 10/15 Minuten, sodass Sie alles finden können, was Sie möchten. Wenn Sie innerhalb Ihres Budgets liegen, zögern Sie nicht, diesen Ort zu buchen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dieser schönen Villa. Wir bekamen ein nettes Willkommenspaket vom netten Besitzerehepaar. Die Villa ist ein wenig veraltet. Lockerer Duschschlauch, lose Holzplanke im Badezimmer usw. Kleine Gegenstände, aber leicht zu reparieren. Probleme wurden so schnell wie möglich behoben und schnelle Antwort auf WhatsApp. Wir konnten am Tag der Rückkehr länger in der Villa bleiben, was sehr nett war. Der Besitzer und seine Frau sind sehr nett und haben viele Beschwerden über einige Probleme gemacht.

Die Qualität des Hauses von Salvador und Montse hat es meiner Familie und mir ermöglicht, sich von der ersten Minute an von der Ruhe und dem Frieden des Hauses zu erholen, von jedem Detail davon in Bezug auf die Vielfalt der Möglichkeiten, die es bietet, vertrauen wir dass Salvador und Montse nächstes Jahr auf uns zählen werden, das heißt, wenn wir die Tage verlängern, denn unter diesen Bedingungen wird es ohne Zweifel sehr, sehr kurz.
