3 bedroom family friendly and pet friendly cottage in Narberth, Pembrokeshire
Please be aware that we cannot accept bookings for fewer than 5 night.
Pembrokeshire’s wonderful beaches, coastal walks, castles and places of interest are a short drive away whilst the bustling centre of Narberth with its boutique shops and restaurants is on the doorstep!
Just a 1-minute walk from the centre of Narberth town in one direction and the open fields in the other. 'Number 4' is a three-bedroom, pet friendly artisan's cottage, built around 1850, with open plan living. There's plenty of space for a family or couples to relax together either indoors or out.
The house is centrally heated with a wood burning stove in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped but if you don’t feel like cooking Narberth has a wealth of places to eat really well..
There are two double bedrooms, the third bedroom has a bunk bed and a travel cot is available. The main bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a downstairs toilet and shower room. Clothes washing and drying facilities are provided.
The house has been equipped for couples and families with children of all ages, At the top of the stairs a stair gate has been fitted and an additional safety gate between the patio and the steps down to the house. Unfortunately, the house and garden are not suitable for those with limited mobility.
The garden is on 3 levels with a large patio / dining area on the 1st level. There is ample off-road parking for two vehicles (very rare for the centre of Narberth) at the end of the garden. There is also a relaxing summerhouse on the top level of the garden.
5 nights minimum stay during high season, 3 nights minimum at other times.
Amenities:
Off road parking for 2 cars. Town centre location.
Gas central heating with wood burner with fuel, starter pack for wood burner included in rent.
Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarms are fitted. A fire blanket and powder fire extinguisher are provided.
Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, washer / dryer machine.
TV with Freeview and internet connection, High speed Wi-Fi, bluetooth audio system and a selection of books and games.
Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
A travel cot is available upon request but please bring your own bed linen if you intend to use it.
Highchair, children’s’ cutlery and crockery available.
Private garden with patio area, BBQ, outdoor furniture and summer house.
Well behaved pets are welcome.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

Town centre property with off road parking for 2 cars. Close to beaches, coastal paths and places of interest in West Wales.The cottage is deceptively spacious but great for cosy nights in.The garden is the perfect place to relax at the end of a busy day sightseeing.
