Beachfront apartment in Ayamonte. Completely outside. The urbanization has two swimming pools (summer), kindergarten, doorman, surveillance and direct access to the beach. It has a maximum capacity for four people.
With views of the sea and the garden. It has two bedrooms, one of them with a bathroom and a nice dressing room. The independent and equipped kitchen. It has an elevator.
It has a furnished terrace, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, paddle tennis court and covered parking. (15/06/2026 - 15/09/2026).
Unbeatable location as it is on the beachfront. It is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea. You will find a supermarket within 15 minutes walking distance. If you do not want to take the car to go to the town of Ayamonte, you can take the bus that is a few meters from the apartment and in a matter of minutes you will be in Ayamonte. You will find very close to Los Halgaranes beach, Isla Canela beach and San Bruno beach.
It is a strategic location, as the Isla Canela golf course is just three minutes away, the Portuguese Algarve is just five minutes away, and the historic city of Seville is just one hour away.
