This beautiful Georgian Farmhouse is within walking distance of Castle Combe and situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty only 20 minutes driving distance from Bath Spa. There is a large garden and apple orchard surrounding the property and two vintage Shepherds Huts.
Adjacent to the Farmhouse (where I also offer B&B) are three stunning holiday cottages that can sleep 16 guests in 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. There is a group dining room in The Stables Cottage and a spacious fully equipped catering kitchen.
On the first floor are three bedrooms - two doubles and a twin each with ensuite bathrooms.
The Garden House has a working fireplace in the living room and a large terrace and garden. The property has two ground floor triple bedrooms (with a double bed and a single bed in each room) and two bathrooms. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a Conservatory dining room.
The Dovecote studio apartment is on the first floor immediately above The Garden House. The Dovecote has an open plan kitchen and living area with a double bed and two single beds in the same space. There is a separate bathroom and entrance hall.

The property is ideal for family gatherings, friends reunions and well behaved Hen parties. There are several wedding venue's in the local vicinity and our group accommodation provides an ideal base for family members and wedding guests.
There is plenty to do and see in the surrounding area such as enjoying a 20 minute stroll along the public footpath to Castle Combe which is one of the most beautiful villages in England. The village is also the location for several well known movies including 'Stardust' and 'War Horse' and 'Dr Doolittle'. Further afield the Georgian city of Bath is 20 minutes by car and Stonehenge is 45 minutes drive. Dogs are welcome as there are plenty of public footpaths nearby.
The local pub 'The Salutation Inn' is just one mile from the property. Home cooked meals and a good selection of cask beer's are available throughout the day.
The farm shop in Allington just 5 miles away has a wide selection of the best local produce and home made cakes - it is a great place to stock up on provisions while staying here. If arriving by public transport the nearest station is Chippenham with a direct rail service to London in just 75 minutes. The nearest airport is Bristol - 40 minutes drive.
