This wonderful and newly renovated (end of 2019) single house is located inside a residential complex with which it shares the swimming pool. The entrance to the house is private from the street on the upper side of the complex (Via Belvedere), here there is also free parking in a lot just next to the gate. To reach the house from the street there is a flight of stairs of approximately 2 levels.

Before entering the house we access a private garden with also a large covered and paved area where it is possible to eat outside while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. Also there is a private terrace with couches at the entremity of the garden with yet another stunning view of the garda lake.

Entering the house we find a living room also with a lake view and a large and fully equipped kitchen. A level of stairs takes us to the bedroom area, here there is the master bedrroms with a large double bed (160x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a tub. Also there is a second bedroom with a bunked bed and a second bathroom with shower. On the last level of the house there is a second living room with a smart TV, a 3rd bedrooms (160x190cm bed) and a 3rd bathroom also with shower.

Guests have exclusive acces to the house which has its own private entrance. Also there is a large private patio and a private terrace both with a wonderful lake view and 2 small gardens by the rooms on the -1 level that are excluvie property of this house. The swimming pool is shared with the other Villas of the complex.

This beautfil house is located in the village of Gardone Riviera, one of the most characteristic and exclusive areas of the Western coast of the Lake Garda. Approximately half way thorugh the lake it is equally close to the northern mountains of Riva and Limone and the more lively towns in the south such as Sirmione, Peschiera and Desenzano.

Gardone Riviera is a small but very lively town. Besides the famous Vittoriale museum and bothanical garden, during the summer there are many events such as concerts and street festivals. The lower part of town gives directly on the lake with its elegant promenade and the upper part of town, located on the hills that start just after the lake is very characteristic and offers several typical restaurants and bars.
