House for 6 people, with rustic architecture, fully equipped to spend a great holiday without any worries in the heart of the island. It has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of them en suite.
It has a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen for those who love cooking. It has wifi.
It has a large garden with pool and barbecue to spend a family holiday and quiet, away from the typical bustle of tourist areas.
The spaces let in a lot of light. The furnished terrace offers a clear view of the nature surrounding the house.
The generously cut living room is followed by the open kitchen with the dining area at the back.
The comfortable sofas form a corner of the TV, in it you will find a fireplace to enjoy the heat in winter.
Cook it on a 4-burner gas stove and chill your purchases in a large fridge / freezer. However, they still have to be filled, which means there is no problem for the numerous supermarkets in Consell, Binisalem and Inca. In addition, the weekly market is Saturday.

Leisure facilities in the area are not limited to sports such as cycling but much more.

If you like to stay in the countryside, this is a great place to be. Very nice and comfy Finca. Very friendly host, quick replies. We will come again.

This was not our first time in Mallorca, but it was our first time in this finca. Mar is a great host and communication was quick and easy. The finca is a dream and can be recommended without reservation. If you know the area, you will know that a car is absolutely necessary. But you will be rewarded by the widely location and the view. I am sure that we will come back next year.

Our family enjoyed a fabulous time at this beautiful villa in peaceful rural location. Communication with host was excellent, the villa was amazing and very clean and well maintained, lovely outside space, pool and bbq with wonderful views.

Très belle villa à 20 mn de Palma, calme et reposante. Permet de rayonner du nord au sud et de l 'ouest à l'est, distances raisonnables . Piscine très appréciable. Echanges avec le propriétaire parfaites, hyper dispo et de bons conseils.

Super Finca / Top Vermieter

Kurzum: perfekt. Wir haben die wunderschöne Finca sehr genossen und zwei sehr schöne Wochen erlebt. Die Finca ist sauber, nach einer Woche wurde gereinigt und die Vermieterin ist sehr, sehr nett. Bei Nachfragen kam sofort eine Antwort und es wurde sofort für eine Lösung gesorgt. Sehr hilfsbereit. Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. 20 Minuten nach Palma, 30 Minuten nach Alcudia. Mietwagen ein Muss. Wir kommen wieder.
