A spacious, spotlessly clean, excellently equipped, delightful property set in a quiet and very rural location with uninterrupted views of countryside and coast. The weather was bitterly cold during our stay, the temperature dropping to -4C but all rooms were warm and cosy day and night. Local amenities are limited but adequate, and good for a small village which is the site of The Bachelor's Club with its Burns connection. The National Burns Museum is at nearby Mauchline. The high rating of this cottage is thoroughly well deserved. We hope to return very soon.

We had a wonderful holiday, from the moment we booked to the moment we left nothing was too small.
We had a wonderful holiday, from the moment we booked to the moment we left nothing was too small. The Scottish Hospitality was above and beyond what was expected from the drinks, food, homemade tablet, stair gate to the present under the tree for my son. We chose the location as we had to be close to Ayr allowing us to spend as much time with family as possible. Highly recommend the property and look forward to returning.
