Apartment Marjolovic 1 is a two-story apartment ideal for 4 to 6 people. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, along with a toilet. On the second floor, two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower await you. One room is equipped with a double bed, while the other has two single beds. Each floor has a balcony with a beautiful view of the surroundings. Guests have at their disposal three air conditioners, TV-SAT, and parking. For barbecue lovers, the house offers a common terrace behind the house. Please note that pets are not allowed.

Clean, cool, and views

This two story split home on the hill in Nijvice was clean, had all the amenities you would need, and stayed nice and cool during the day. It’s to back decks were nice to sit out and read and they had wonderful sunshades. The view was looking at a couple of beautiful homes and then over the Adriantic and distant harbors. It would be handy to have a car if you were here and they provide a parking spot for you. And the host was efficient and we felt very safe and our belongings secure. There is a clothes washer, and a drying rack outside. Wi-Fi worked well. Main grocery store is five minutes away (drive) in Malinska. Thank you Ana!

Pobyt był udany, szukaliśmy odpoczynku w domowej atmosferze i taki zanleżliśmy.

Lokalizacja w spokojnej okolicy, nie centrum. Apartament jest duży, dwupoziomowy i funkcjonalnie, domowo urządzony. W kuchni jest wystarczająca ilość i różnorodność wyposażenia aby przygotowywać domowe posiłki. Posiada piękny, malowniczy widok na morze, zatokę. Ma dwa tarasy, oba w stronę morza. Mieszkanie na początek było bardzo ładnie posprzątane.

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Die Größe der Wohnung, die Aussicht und die Ausstattug hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt ! Viele Parkplätze im Ort,am Strand und im Zentrum. Großer Parkplatz. Schöne Terasse

A kulcsátvétel nagyon gyorsan ment, az apartman tiszta, rendezett, jól felszerelt. Közelben bolt, strand. Szép volt a kilátás.
