Casa Molly is in an exclusive residence on the hill of Sperlonga (Punta Cetarola) with private parking space. The flat is on the ground floor of a terraced villa, has its own independent access and a small private outdoor area from which you can enjoy a wonderful sea view. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, is made up by entrance into the living room with double sofa bed, satellite TV, dining table, kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, one without window. There are two bathrooms with shower, one of which is in one of the bedrooms. The house has air conditioning in the living room sufficient for the whole house.
Casa Molly offers the possibility to regenerate in a charming place without sacrificing the proximity of the neighboring tourist centres and the most beautiful beaches of the Latium Coast. Only 7 km from Sperlonga with its characteristic old town, the marina and sandy beaches; 20 km from Gaeta with its monuments, the Park of Monte Orlando with its military strongholds and beautiful beaches.
Rome and Naples can be reached in little more than an hour by car or by intercity trains leaving the station about every hour.
A car is necessary to move around the area. Pets allowed on request with supplement.
