A semi-detached terraced house, the house is on one floor, has independent access, a private outdoor space of about 20 square metres and a small terrace with a charming view of the hillside vegetation and the sea. The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 persons; it consists of an entrance hall, an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed from which 2 single beds can be made, satellite TV, a dining table, a kitchenette equipped with a hob with 2 electric hobs, a microwave oven and a refrigerator, 1 air-conditioned double bedroom with a window and a complete bathroom with shower.
