The beautiful living room features a convertible sofa bed with a coffee table and a TV for entertainment during your stay. There is also a big terrace should you wish to chill, as we also provide a sitting area here!

The kitchen has a stove, microwave, oven, toaster, fridge, and dishwasher, so you can easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. Cooking utensils and kitchenware are also provided!

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a bed lamp, and ample storage space in the wardrobe and closet.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Set in Lisbon, 3 km from Jeronimos Monastery and 3.6 km from Ribeira Market.

LX Factory is located just within a 7-minute walking distance. This is a very trendy and industrial place where you can eat, drink and dance.

At just a few steps, about 2 minutes walk from the apartment, there is Meu Super Alcântara supermarket (you also have Lidl and Pingo Doce supermarket within walking distance), as well as plenty of cafés and restaurants all around. Amoreiras Shopping Center is 4 km away.

Praça do Comércio is 4.3 km from the apartment, while Rossio is 5 km away.

Alcântara is an excellent choice for travellers interested in tourist attractions, monuments, and local food.

You can park your car, free of charge, in the streets around the apartment.

Close to the apartment (5 min walking), you have Calvário Station. This is a bus, tram and taxi station. The nearest train station is Alcântara train station, a 10-minutes walk away.

Lisbon's Portela Airport is a 15-minute drive away and is accessible via metro or taxi.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
