House with pool located in the rural environment. Very cozy and surrounded by nature. It has a very good connection with the whole island, being 3 minutes from the motorway that crosses Mallorca, 15 minutes from the best beaches of the Island and 30 minutes from Palma. Ideal for those looking to have a relaxing holiday and enjoy a holiday with family or friends.

Accommodation
The house is distributed on one floor and has a large living room next to the kitchen and with direct access to the outdoor terrace. Three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with en suite bathroom and a fourth bedroom with two single beds. A second full bathroom with jacuzzi. Outside there is a large terrace with pergola to eat the whole group, barbecue, pool, garden and field surrounding the house.

It will be the entertainment of the little ones of the family and at the same time to be able to collect fresh eggs daily. Once a week a person of total confidence will come to feed them using a side access to the property. In addition this person will clean the pool.

A car is recommended. Ideal to visit the rest of the island. About 5 minutes by car is Campanet, a small town where you can access a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, bars and other services.

An additional cleaning and laundry cost will be applied to all stays of less than 7 nights.

Haus in Bugar

Bei Beanstandungen haben wir uns an die Hausverwaltung gewandt und die Probleme wurden durch den Eigentümer sehr schnell behoben. Was wir uns aber auf jeden Fall noch gewünscht hätten, wäre nach der Hälfte der Zeit (wir waren 3 Wochen dort) frische Bettwäsche gewesen. Es war sehr warm und dementsprechend haben wir auch geschwitzt. Schön wäre es auch gewesen, wenn wir Informationen über die Müllentsorgung bekommen hätten. So mussten wir erstmal nach Containern suchen, die wir dann nach einigen Tagen auch im Nachbarort gefunden haben.
