Jomtien Plaza Residence is located directly opposite Jomtien Beach and provides great facilities, including a large communal swimming pool, 24 hour security, key card system, massage parlors, laundry and parking.

This is a large sixth floor studio at Plaza Residence, consisting of an open plan sleeping, living, dining and kitchen area, a bathroom, and a balcony.

The European style kitchen is fully equipped, along with an oven, electric hob, extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster and refrigerator.

The main living area is furnished a double bed, storage units including a wardrobe, drawers, and bedside units; there is a sofa, a coffee table and a flat screen TV and DVD player along with access to the balcony via large sliding doors. The condo also benefits from air conditioning.

The modern and stylish bathroom is fully tiled, and includes a large walk in shower.

There is also a balcony, with a table and chairs, which provides a lovely place to relax and a sea view.

Jomtien Plaza Residence Pattaya is a lovely and popular condominium in a fantastic location in Jomtien - being directly opposite Jomtien Beach with excellent transport connections to Central Pattaya, being close to Beach Road and the 24 hour baht bus route.

The area offers numerous restaurants allowing you to choose from a variety of international cuisines and traditional Thai dishes. Although quieter than Pattaya, Jomtien does have a wide and varied nightlife, including sports bars, music, cabaret and family orientated establishments - there is plenty of entertainment on offer and something for everyone making a great Pattaya condo for rent.

From Jomtien Beach Road you will find the main baht bus route into Central Pattaya where there are numerous shops, markets, restaurants and bars. Pattaya offers a vibrant night life and plenty of tourist attractions to keep you entertained, along with 4 km of beach offering various water-sports and trips to the nearby scenic island of Koh Larn not far from Jomtien Plaza residence Pattaya.
