Thepthip Mansion is just 300 meters from the beach in the sought after area of Pratumnak Hill; positioned centrally, nestled between South Pattaya and Jomtien, this is a popular location.

This is a lovely fifth floor studio condo, consisting of an open plan sleeping, living, dining and kitchen area, and a bathroom.

The main living area contains a double bed, storage units including a wardrobe, drawers, bedside units and dressing table; a sofa, a coffee table and a TV and DVD player. There is also a dining area with a table and chairs and air conditioning.

The bathroom features a large shower.

In the area you will find plenty of shops, beauty salons, massage parlors, bars and restaurants. Over the road you will find Pratumnak Night Market with its many stalls offering a variety of goods, including clothes, shoes, fashion accessories and tourist memorabilia. There are also a large number of food stalls with restaurant areas, where you can enjoy sampling local and international cuisines.

Close-by you can also find attractions such as Pattaya Water Park, Pratumnak Beach and Jomtien Beach. Big Buddha Hill is also nearby, offering panoramic views of the area, and is a lovely area for walking or bike riding.

The central location allows for easy access to Jomtien or Pattaya by public transport, being close to the main baht bus route, which is a quick, easy and cost-effective way to travel around Pattaya. For just 10 baht you can take the baht bus into central Pattaya, which offers an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars, a vibrant night life, plenty of tourist attractions to keep you entertained and 4 km of beach offering various water sports and trips to the nearby scenic island of Ko Larn.
