The apartment, pool and pool area are excellent, and the location is good, the Vrbo brochure states for 7 people showing 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom having 3 single beds. There is in fact 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and a sofa bed in the lounge, that sleeps 2, far from what the description states. The apartment lacks a welcome/information folder, recommending restaurants and local facilities. Where the water heater switch is when it trips out, likewise when the dishwasher trips. Where the rubbish and recycling bins are located. The times local supermarkets are open. Contact numbers for Doctors or fire in emergency. A comments journal for residents to enter comments on local restaurants and facilities. In short you are signed in and left to sort yourself out. You have spent a lot of money on a holiday apartment, with very little support. Jason who is the local contact, was first class and a perfect ambassador for the company, without his help and friendly assistance, I would not be a happy man. Vrbo and Marbella Holidays need to up their game in the P R business to encourage people to want to come back; they didn’t do it for me.
