The 2 storey house has an amazing Caldera view and is ideal for families and large group of friends. It has 2 master bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds ( can be changed to a double bed on prior notice), a living room with 1 sofa double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
Balcony and Terrace with Caldera/Volcano view and a heated Jacuzzi.
The house has also a garage for 2 cars, air-conditioning and central heating, Wi-Fi and a Flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix.

We had such a wonderful and relaxing time during our stay at the Admiral’s House! The host was so personable and offered excellent suggestions of things to see and places to eat. The home was clean and tidy! It felt like home away from home. The hot tub overlooking the caldera was definitely our favorite spot to relax and take in the scenic views. We would absolutely stay again!

Amazing house with a top notch view and wonderful accommodations. This house is on the quieter side of the island which was great for my family. Christina and Dave were amazing hosts, super helpful, friendly, attentive/responsive and even provided some snacks for when we arrive. We would stay here again for sure!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the admirals house. There were two beautiful decks, one with a hot tub that fit all four of us, and was set at 37, which was perfect for a prolonged soak and watching the stars. The lower deck was excellent for playing cards and drinking wine as well. The rooms were spacious, And an easily accommodated the four of us without any difficulties. There was a spare room with two twin beds we didn’t use, but it looked fine for children. Highly recommended, and David and Christine were very friendly and helpful.

Akrotiri Villa

Our family enjoyed staying at the Akrotiri Villa. It was away from all the busy crowds and we loved using the hot tub looking across at Oia and Fira lights at night. You will l need a car to visit Fira and Oia but well worth it.

Wonderful views! The property has a private hot tub on the terrace facing the inside of the island towards the volcano. Comfy beds and located near a lot of great seafood as well as the Akrotiri excavations, if you're looking to sight see. Dave was a gracious host and gave us the rundown of everything we needed to know about the island. Would definitely do it again!

Admiral's House was amazing and looked just like the pictures in the listing. The views were even more stunning in person! It was clean, comfortable and in a good location. Christina was so helpful with all of our questions before the trip! Dave met us at the house when we arrived and even brought us a small supply of goodies which was so nice!! He was so friendly and all of the recommendations he gave us for thjngs to see and places to eat were Spot On!!!! Our stay was great and we would definitely recommend this place!!!

Everything was perfect from beginning to end. David and Christina made us feel at home and welcomed. Groceries from them upon arrival helped so much. Location to town center and the best beaches was very convenient. Enjoyed the privacy and the neighbors and would stay again!

We had a great experience at the The Admiral’s House! Family of 5 had plenty of room, very clean, and hot tub and deck was amazing! Perfect Spot on Santorini

We traveled with another couple to Santorini and loved this Akrotiri apartment, where there was plenty of space for us to spread out. The view was beautiful, and we so appreciated starting and ending our days away from the crowds in Oia and Thera. The host was attentive and helpful, even stopping by for an hour one evening just to visit. I would definitely recommend this spot for a Santorini vacation!

Why they chose this property

The excavations of Ancient Akrotiri is just a 5-minute drive. They were discovered in the early 70's and is second to the Pompei excavations. Close to the excavations you have Akrotiri beach which has a selection of fish taverns, a great place to chill out. A little further along you come to the famous Red beach which is very scenic but can be quite crowded in the summer. On the north side of the cape just before entering Akrotiri you will find Caldera beach. The beach is very nice and has a natural reef that you can swim to, great for snorkeling. There is also a dive center for those interested in scuba. The one tavern there has a great view of the Volcanos across the Caldera. Heading on the road towards the lighthouse you will find Mesa Pigadia, which is a small bay. The adventurous ones can go out kayaking or have some lunch and a swim. Continuing further the road ends at the lighthouse. A great place to explore, and very famous for the sunset. Snacks and drinks can be purchased there.
