Studio for 4 people clean and functional 26M2 (3rd floor with elevator) in residence La Mongie Tourmalet with balcony facing south, overlooking the ski area, individual cellar at your disposal in front of the studio, You go ski at the foot of the residence.

The studio has:
Kitchenette
Fridge with a small freezer 12 liters, dishwasher 10 place settings, electric oven, microwave and 2 ring ceramic hob. Coffee maker and toaster.

Bathroom
Washbasin, WC bath big cupboards of tidying up.

A corner to live

A round table, a buffet with all the necessary dishes, a large wardrobe (at the foot of the bed) a flat screen TV and a 140 BZ sofa

Sleeping area

A bed in 140, a bunk bed in 90 possibility of dark night corner pulling the curtain of separation.

The residence has a shopping mall on two levels (ticketing, equipment rental, ski school, supermarket, press, etc ...)

Vue sur la grande et belle nature

Grande baie avec vue sur sur les pistes et un panorama d'exception ; appartement agréable, bon suivi et gentillesse des propriétaires . A recommander pour les fous de ski , les pistes magnifiques étant au pied de l'immeuble, celui ci , immense, n'est pas un canon de beauté .......et le parking voiture est assez éloigné. Pas de sentier sur la station pour les marcheurs l'hiver. Dommage .

merci pour l'appréciation nous avons des travaux à faire suite à la mauvaise gestion d'un s j'apprécie vos commentaires pour le parking je suis désolé c'est l'inconvénient de la montagne mais vous pouvez vous garer poche de l'entrée de l'immeuble pour décharger vos bagages avec un guide vous pouvez faire de belle randonnée dans les sentiers un plan sur 10 ans est prévu pour amélioration de la station sur 10 ans

UN POINT DE VUE MAGNIFIQUE

Résidence très bien placée avec toutes les commodités. Dommage que son entretien laisse à désirer. le ballet noctune des dameuses ne permet pas un repos total. Sinon, l'appartement est coquet et lumineux , doté de tout le nécessaire à ce type de séjour, hormis le BZ qui n'est pas très confortable, ni commode.

pour l'entretien de la résidence nous sommes en copropriété les dameuses travaillent la nuit pour le bien des skieurs le BZ est un lit d'appoint que nous avons changé récemment désolé qu'il ne vous est pas convenu
