Charming villa in the heart of the residential district of Mar Vivo, quiet and close to all amenities (food, doctors, restaurants, ...)

A small path to the house provides direct access to the sea (100m) and a sandy beach. There are no roads to cross to get to the beach

This house of 90 m2 is on one level, located south and was completely renovated in 2013.

It includes a large living room extended by a beautiful open and fully equipped kitchen. A small hallway leads to 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom.
The living room and two bedrooms overlook a large bright conservatory which includes a small living room and dining-room. All fully air conditioned.

Outside, there is a fenced and shaded garden tables, chairs and barbecue are provided for relaxation.
A garage can house the car.

The house is ideal for a relaxing family holiday. You can do everything on foot.
The region is rich in cultural and leisure activities of all kinds.

We were a family of 3 adults and 3 kids. The house worked well for us with its 3 bedrooms a living room with the kitchen. It was clean, stylish and had a "hygge" atmosphere (paintings, lamps, pillows), but it was not recently renovated. Overall we liked the place: - Space. Extra shower/toilet outside.- Fully equipped: You find all kinds of kitchenware. Cooking was easy with all the necessary equipment. Moreover, spicies, salt and oil was provided by the host. Large and new fridge. Washing machine and dryer. Dishwasher.- Toys: Lego, cars, dolls etc. Kids could play outside in safety and closed perimeter, while the adults are inside the house.- The garten/yard: Very green with well-maintained plants. One small issue: the neighourhood attracts singing insects (cicadas?) which constantly make their noice that may bother those who like to have dinners outside. However, the house is well phonically isolated, so you don't hear them inside. - Air conditioning is centralised and very convenient. - Garage: Small garage, but I fit my Citroen Grand Picasso with effort.Location: The sea is 2 min easy walk from the house. It's a sand beach, but it's narrow and the sand was often slightly wet - it was still ok for us. The water in mid-July was mostly cold, but it's a luck..We payed separately for bed sheetsexit cleaningelectricity.The host was nice and kind. Perfect communication. Great stay!

Ein wunderschöner Aussensitzplatz.Zu Fuss in 2min. am Strand.Ruhig gelegen.Ein sehr charmantes, mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, für uns hat alles gepasst und nichts gefehlt.Anne die Hausbesitzerin war sehr nett und wir konnten sie jederzeit kontaktieren, wenn wir Fragen hatten.Vielen Dank liebe Anne

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus, 5 min zum Sandstrand

Das Haus mit Innenhof und Kakteengarten war sehr sauber und perfekt vorbereitet. Die Übergabe von Anne war komplikationslos, sie war bei Ankunft vor Ort. Alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und besonders die zweite Aussendusche mit Toilette war für fünf Prrsonen hilfreich. Der Fußweg zum Sandstrand führt über eine kleine ruhige Straße

Erholsamer Urlaub am Meer

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im sehr schön und sorgsam eingerichteten Haus von Anne. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und zum schönen Sandstrand waren es kaum 2 Gehminuten. Wir haben das Auto fast die ganze Woche stehenlassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Toller Sommerurlaub fußläufig zum Strand und mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in les Sablettes. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und die Fotos versprechen nicht zu viel. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause :) Anne war jederzeit erreichbar und hatte viele tolle Tipps für uns. Besonders den Boot-Bus nach Toulon und den kurzen Weg zum Strand haben wir sehr genossen. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus direkt am Strand

Unser zweiwöchiger Urlaub in La Seyne-sur mer war rund um gelungen. Am ersten Tag wurden wir sehr herzlich von Frau Anne Doninikian empfangen. Sie führte uns durch das Haus und teilte uns alle wichtigen Informationen über das Haus und die Umgebung mit. Anne nahm sich viel Zeit und beantwortete alle unsere Fragen. Das Haus selber liegt in einer Seitenstraße parallel ca. 2 min zu Fuß zum wunderschönen Sandstrand von La Seyne sur mer und übertraf all unsere Erwartungen. Die Fotos zeigen nicht wie schön es tatsächlich ist. Ein wunderschöner Garten und eine liebevoll gestaltete Terasse laden zum entspannen ein. Lediglich ein paar Sitzkissen für die Gartenstühle haben gefehlt, die man aber im inneren des Hauses findet. Das Haus ist mit allem was man für das tägliche Leben benötigt ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts und die Klimaanlage in allen Räumen macht es auch an sehr heissen Tagen erträglich. Aus im Haus wurde alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtete. Das einzige was ich verbessern würde wäre eine Duschkabine um die Dusche herum. Da es nur ein Bad gibt und die Dusche offen ist, wird alles herum sehr nass. Rundum war es ein toller und entspannter Familienurlaub. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!! Vielen Dank an Anne Liebe Grüße aus Konstanz

Belle Maison

Maison bon meublée pour les vacances d'été - il y a tous ce que vous besoin pour des vacances : un beau jardin et surtout toutes les chambres sont climatisées. L'hôtesse nous a trouvé très chaleureux. De plus, elle nous a donné des informations sur tous les lieux à visiter, les restaurants et les marchés à proximité. À seulement 50 mètres de la maison se trouve une magnifique plage de sable. Nous avons été très satisfaits de la maison et de l'hospitalité de notre hôtesse, ainsi que de l'accueil des habitants, de la nature et de la beauté du sud de la France. Nous espérons répéter notre merveilleuse expérience et y passer à nouveau nos vacances d'été, et nous recommandons vivement cette maison à tous ceux qui n'y sont pas encore venus !!!! Un grand merci et beaucoup de salutations à Anne..!!!

Außergewöhnliches Haus in unmittelbarer Strandnähe

Das Haus hat eine hohe Aufenthaltsqualität, ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr schön dekoriert. Ein dazu top gepflegter, außergewöhnlicher Garten lädt an unterschiedlichsten Stellen zum Liegen, Sonnen und Essen ein. Der kurze Weg zum Strand lässt sich im Badeanzug bewältigen, insgesamt eine angenehme Athmosphäre. Top Erholungswert, absolut zu empfehlen.

Mise au vert parfaite

Nous nous sommes retrouvés entre collègues en mal de soleil pour une semaine de télétravail. Une semaine quasi-parfaite, s'il n'avait plu le jeudi, passée dans une maison très fonctionnelle (avec la fibre pour un accès Internet optimal), confortable, bien décorée et avec une hôte aux petits soins. Les pauses déjeuner passées à la plage à 100 mètres et les après-midi de travail dans la cour, au soleil, nous manquent déjà !!

Super maison proche plage

C'est une grande maison très bien décorée et très fonctionnelle dans laquelle on se sent très bien. Proche de la mer et des commerces et pour autant très calme. A noter l'extrême gentillesse de l'hôtesse avec plein de petites attentions de bienvenue. Les équipements sont nombreux et de qualité. Une vrai maison de famille en bords de mer.

Formidable séjour !

La maison est très belle et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût dans un quartier très calme. Les extérieurs sont traités avec soins eux aussi. La plage est à moins d’une minute à pied. Anne est une hôtesse très attentionnée qui aime recevoir et faire plaisir. Comme à la maison, la mer et le soleil en plus !

Einfach zauberhaft

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich genauso wie auf den Bildern. Der Garten ist eine einzigartige Oase. Genau das, was wir nach 6 Monaten Homeoffice auf Grund von Corona gebraucht haben. Dort konnten wir so richtig entschleunigen.

Entspannte Ferien in ruhiger Umgebung

Für uns war es ein "Nach-Hause-kommen, waren wir schon viele Male im Nachbarort gewesen. So wussten wir schon vorher, wie blau der Himmel, wie strahlend die Sonne, wie türkis das Wasser und wie praktisch die Nutzung des Bateaubus über die Bucht herüber zum Wochenmarkt nach Toulon ist. Das Haus aber kannten wir nicht. Es ist wunderschön und sauber, wie in der Beschreibung umfangreich und sehr praktisch eingerichtet, und natürlich optimal zum Meer gelegen. Mir gefiel der Garten mit der riesigen Holzterrasse, den Bananenpflanzen und Kakteen und der nachts beleuchtete, tagsüber Schatten spendende Baum besonders. Unseren vier Kindern zw. 10-17 J. hat auch die Anwesenheit der freundlich- zurückhaltenden Hauskatze Biby viel Freude gemacht. Immer lag irgendwo ein Kind lesend mit Katze neben sich. Eigentlich sollte ich nicht so ein Loblied singen, sonst ist das Haus wohlmöglich immer ausgebucht, wenn wir wiederkommen wollen. ;) Trotzdem: Herzlichen Dank, Anne!

Séjour très agréable !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison décorée et équipée avec beaucoup de soin. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous ! Nous avons apprécié la proximité de tous les commerces et surtout de la plage ! Mention particulière à Anne la propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et ses conseils... Maison parfaite très bien située

Nous avons passé un délicieux séjour dans cette maison parfaitement équipée et décorée. Sa situation proche de la plage permet de profiter pleinement de la mer avec de jeunes enfants. Nous espérons bientôt y revenir.

On a de nouveau passé une quinzaine merveilleux dans cette belle maison si bien équipée. L'accueil était super-gentil. Anne Donikian est une hôtesse très agréable, discrète, toutefois veillante à ce que tout se passe bien pour ses locataires. On reviendra. Wir haben erneut 14 wunderbare Tage in diesem schönen, gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Anne Donikian ist eine sehr angenehme, diskrete Vermieterin, gleichwohl immer bedacht darauf, dass es ihren Mietern an nichts fehlt. Wir werden wiederkommen. U. und S. S. mit drei Kindern (11 bis 16 Jahre).

vacances adorables

On a beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette jolie maison si aimablement décorée et bien équipée dans ce beau quartier calme. La description correspondait parfaitement. La location était très propre et bien entretenue. On a bien profité des conseils de la propriétaire, laquelle on pouvait tj. joindre s'il y avait des questions ou un problème. La proximité de la plage et de la mer étaient merveilleuse ainsi que la proximité des restaurants comme des magasins (avec un bon plan à la maison pour tout trouver). On a passé une quinzaine parfaite à six (2 adultes, deux filles ados et deux garçons). Wunderschönes Haus in wunderschönem Viertel - liebevolle, geschmackvolle Einrichtung - perfekte Ausrüstung - genug Platz für 2 Erwachsene und vier Kinder - nicht möglich sind wilde Kinderspiele, aber Strand und Meer mit schöner Bucht, Snackrestaurant und Restaurant sind gerade mal 100 m entfernt.

Un havre de paix !

Maison très agréable à vivre, spacieuse et calme : tout est prévu pour la détente et le repos. Tous les commerces et les plages (100m) sont accessibles à pieds. Plus besoin de prendre sa voiture... Le top ! Jardin très reposant et bien aménagé. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison... et nous avons hâte d'y revenir l'année prochaine. Merci encore pour votre accueil chaleureux et à bientôt.
