About this property

Nice studio of about 35 square meters is located on the third floor of an elegant building with a lift (however it is not suitable for the disabled) and a concierge.
Internally the accommodation consists of:
★ NIGHT AREA: equipped with a double bed
★ KITCHEN: on sight it has a refrigerator, stove, oven, electric kettle and kitchen utensils.
★ BATHROOM: with shower and bidet.
★ ADDITIONAL SERVICES: TV, unlimited pocket WIFI, air conditioning (1 centralized hot and cold convector), central heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, high chair for children

Guest access
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and will be happy to organize early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, in case there are no other outgoing / incoming guests. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival.

IF THE EARLY CHECK-IN IS NOT AVAILABLE, IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO DEPOSIT THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE THE CLEANING IS COMPLETED.

Vacanza padovana

L'appartamento si trova in ottima posizione, comodissimo ad ogni servizio. Zona movimentata ma sicura per la presenza costante di forze dell'ordine. Supermercato a 2 minuti a piedi, farmacia di fronte, panificio nello stesso stabile. Appartamento pulito e tranquillo, molto confortevole, come da descrizione e foto.
