The apartment has stunning panoramic sea views of Kalkan Bay and Mouse and Snake islands, from each of the two floors.
Kalkan Old Town is only a pleasant 10 minute stroll downhill.
This apartment shares an impressive 10 metre infinity pool, landscaped gardens and a pergola seating area poolside shared with only three other apartments.
The apartment is fully air conditioned. Parking available out front.

All bedrooms are air conditioned and have their own access to the garden terrace/pool area.
All bedrooms have a built in wardrobe, plus a dressing table complete with a hair dryer and mirror.

Hi there, having visited Kalkan for a number of year's my wife Linda and I purchased Apartment Limon in October 2018 . We have both recently taken early retirement and decided to start a new chapter, hence the purchase of our lovely apartment. I am a keen gardener and take pride in looking after our spacious garden both at home and at Apartment Limon.
Why they chose this property
Apartment Limon is in pristine condition with modern decor throughout . It is very spacious and all three bedrooms have their own bathrooms. All the bedrooms lead out onto the garden and private patio dining area as well as poolside with outstanding views. The open plan lounge/kitchen dining area on the first floor is again both spacious, light and airy.
What makes this property unique
Tranquil location yet surrounded by other beautiful villa's and apartment's and just a short stroll into town. Has the most amazing view's of the bay and stunning sunsets. The poolside area is also very spacious.
