The fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances is a couple of steps away with a large breakfast table and access to 2 terraces: one with a dining table to enjoy dinner with a seaview and one with soft cushions to enjoy a siesta in the breeze.



The villa is located in a beautiful landscaped park of 5000m2 with a pool house housing a large dining table and a superb swimming pool. The property also offers a brand new cinema room with 100' TV, gym, massage room and sauna and lastly, a 35m2 indoor golf simulator.
