Finca Higueron Cómpeta by Ruralidays

Holiday home located in Cómpeta, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

The entire atmosphere of this house is enveloped in a rustic style, thanks to the materials used to build the accommodation, such as wood and stone.

As soon as you enter, a spacious living area will welcome you. Comfortable sofas and a brick fireplace, as well as high ceilings with wooden beams, are its main features. This room also features a dining area, where the house's six guests can sit and enjoy their meals together. The fully equipped separate kitchen is separated from the living area by a quaint storage room, which can also be used as a table. The accommodation has three spacious bedrooms with hot/cold air conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower; the other two bedrooms have two single beds each. There are two more bathrooms available for guests, one with a shower, and the other with both a shower and a bathtub.
All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.

The outdoor area is decorated with stone, harmoniously blending with colorful flowers and climbing plants. The private oval-shaped pool offers the perfect place to cool off on warm summer days, while the covered porch with dining area is perfect for enjoying delicious meals. The poolside loungers allow you to sunbathe for as long as you like. Finally, enjoy the stunning views of the Sierra Almijara hills surrounding the house, and even the Mediterranean Sea on particularly clear days.

The property is not fenced.

The villa, which has private parking, is accessible via a paved road. However, please note that the house is located on a hill, so the last 50 meters of the access road are sloping.

The beautiful town of Cómpeta is just 4 km away, and you'll find a variety of shops, including supermarkets, fruit shops, and bars.

Please note that arrivals after 9:30 pm will require a €50 surcharge, payable in cash upon arrival.

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum zweiten Mal in Competa. Es hat uns wieder super gut gefallen. Die Finca ist wunderschön gelegen und auch mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Einzige Ausnahme, es fehlt ein Föhn. Die Straße zur Finca ist tatsächlich gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber wie hier schon häufig erwähnt, fährt man nach einigen Tagen die Strecke absolut sicher. Der Pool ist ein Traum! Unser Lieblingsplatz war bereits morgens mit einer Tasse Kaffee zwischen der Oleanderhecke mit Blick zum Meer. Auch viele Wanderungen waren möglich. In der Umgebung von Competa gibt es viele schöne Wanderwege. In Competa kann man auch sehr gut essen gehen. Alles in allem war es wieder ein gelungener Aufenthalt, ein toller Urlaub. War sicher nicht das letzte Mal:-)

Tolles Haus in toller Lage. Die Familie hat sich rundum wohlgefühlt und die Zeit auf dem Anwesen genossen. Von der Buchung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe hat alles bestens funktioniert. Unser Lieblingsplatz war der einfache Holztisch in der Lücke der Oleanderhecke. Einfach dort sitzen und die Aussicht ins Tal und auf das Meer geniessen. Und an die mehrfach erwähnten letzten 500 Meter gewöhnt man sich auch schnell, selbst, wenn man bei der ersten Anfaht noch etwas anders denkt.

Fantastisch huis!! We hebben genoten van het mooie uitzicht en de rustige omgeving. Je zit echt privé. We vonden het huis zo fijn dat we eigenlijk weinig van de omgeving hebben gezien. Het enige nadeel is dat er geen tweepersoonsbedden zijn in het huis. De bedden zelf zijn wel erg fijn met goede (nieuwe) matrassen. Er zijn veel berichten die waarschuwen voor de steile weg naar het huis toe, maar dat vond ik echt heel erg meevallen. Het is wel steil, maar de weg is verhard en dat rijdt echt prima.
