Dear guests, I have taken care of the details of my home to welcome those who want to enjoy their holiday in a comfortable and prestigious location.
"Cento Passi dal Mare" is a complex of four finely renovated apartments, just 2 minutes away on foot, 150 meters from the transparent and clear waters of the Ionian Sea and 5 minutes on foot, 500 meters, from the town center.

The Ermes apartment is one of two located on the mezzanine floor and was designed and built mainly for a family stay, dedicated to complete relaxation for those who want to enjoy their holiday to the fullest, can accommodate up to four people.

The apartment is equipped with all modern comforts. Only the entrance is shared with the other four apartments, each has its own private outdoor space, the Ermes apartment has a large balcony. The external masonry shower built in a reserved corner is functional.
The house has a living room with kitchenette, a comfortable table for four people, and equipped with dishes, oven, microwave, flat screen TV. The two bedrooms are one double and one bedroom with a bunk bed, each with a wardrobe and linen.

The washing machine is provided in the laundry area.

The bathroom area, refined and elegant, has a king size shower and linen.
