Very nice apartment located inside the Poggio al Gabbiano complex in the Palombaia area. Composed of living room with kitchenette equipped with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, sofa bed (double or two singles). Double room with sofa bed (double or two singles), bathroom with shower box but without bidet but with shower inside the toilet. Equipped with TV, WI-FI, air conditioning. Portico equipped with table and chairs, relaxation area. The large garden with sea view, barbecue and parking space complete the property. Pets allowed (with supplement)
Palombaia beach is about 500 m away and can only be reached via a long staircase. The beach of Marina di Campo is about 4 km away. In the town center there are supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, clubs.
