THE GROUND FLOOR UNIT
The 2 bedrooms are each en suite with bathroom (with hairdryers) and dressing area with ironing board & iron. Additional guest bathrooms accessed from the deck. Master bedroom with large double bed. Twin bedroom can convert to large double. All rooms Fully Air-conditioned plus ceiling fans. The Villa has a safe, in en suite dressing room.

Well equipped family kitchen with coffee machine, blender, fruit squeezer, big toaster,large oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker. Laundry room with big washing machine and separate dryer available.

Large family-sized BBQ on Deck completes the catering and entertainment facilities with music system, internet and TV (in all rooms) as well of course, free for your enjoyment.

Jacuzzi next to the pool on the ground floor (both of them for your sole use).

Shower and loo located beside Pool/Jacuzzi.

Weekly housekeeping included. Daily maid service available plus cook or top chef, babysitting etc. at additional cost arranged through on site agent.

The villa overlooks golf course beside sea on the Atlantic side of the Island.

Situated on a quiet, gated resort with 3 security gates. Amenities of on-site Golf club, Hotel, restaurant and bars. Beauty spa also on the resort. Water sports available nearby at Pigeon Point. 3 mins walk to beach and Magdalena Grand Hotel. 10 mins drive from Airport and supermarkets and many excellent restaurants.

It is a peaceful place with mostly the sound of just birds. Tobago is the Caribbean secret

Amazing!

The villa was just as advertised and seemed bigger than in the photos. Lots of space for the four of us. Clean and tidy and comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent getaway

My family and I spent the weekend at the villa and our stay was nothing less than awesome. The villa is equipped with everything to make you feel at home away from home. Its peaceful, beautiful and great for nature lovers. The property owners and manager are always available. This is the second time staying at the villa and it definitely will have a lot of other times.

Great vacation place

My family had an amazing time at this property and will love to vacation here again. The owner was very accommodating to with our check in and check out times. We loved Tobago and after our third annual holiday there bought our villa. As we were only able to use it a couple of times a year we decided to share it with others in the hope that they would get pleasure from it also - and to help cover the maintenance costs!
Most of our family have now stayed there and everyone gets something different out of Tobago - my brother who always has to be doing something mostly golf and sailing, our eldest daughter who loves diving and has just been wreck diving in there, our youngest who needed peace and quiet for her dissertation and friends who just sat by the pool to recuperate and read -but all have said it is like a home from home.

Why they chose this property

Tobago is the Carribean unspoilt, just 8 hours from Gatwick on a direct flight.
Tobago has the oldest rainforest in the Western Hemisphere to explore, bird life like nowhere else, you can buy fish off the beach direct from the Fishermen and life is generally at a gentle pace.

What makes this property unique

Our villa overlooks the 5th Green of a championship golf course yet is 5 mins walk to the beach plus has all the facilities of the hotel on the resort.

Recently our family have been kitesurfing off the beach, paddle boarding in the lagoon, jogging around the resort on car free paths and enjoying the challenging Golf Course with its' great Pro, Ricky. All on our doorstep.

Latest addition to entertainment is Bioluminesence tours with the Kenny boys which was amazing to see and a fun evening.
