Great stay. Beautiful accomodation. Everything you could possibly need. Extras a lovely touch. Coffee machine, chocs, little snacks, to dvd, games to extra towels. Comfortable bed.Location was great. Short walk and you are at the beach. Theres the spa and a lovely outdoor area. Great place to stay when visiting the Peninsula.

We had a relaxing weekend.The property was perfect for us.There were three adults and 2children,one aged 8 the other 13. Easy access to Frankston,Sorrento,Rosebud and Rye. Even though the weather was overcast it didn’t make a difference. I would love to book the property again next time I decide to travel to Rye.

Good value, It offered us everything we wanted. Silvana is a super host, very responsive and generous with complimentary treats (Tim Tam, coffee, tea and hot chocolate). Family friendly accommodation, clean, spacious, comfortable bedrooms and lots of games and sport equipments. Close to everything; shops, beach and attractions.

We picked the house because of our dogs, and they had a wonderful time. The property manager was very accommodating towards our pets. She was also fabulous with us and easy to communicate with and responded promptly. The yard is large, mostly flat and suited our old border collie. The back door has a doggie door and it fitted our husky cross. The house was also easy to maintain which was important to us having the dogs indoors, as it allowed us more time to do things outside the home. The beach is just a few meters away and the locals walking their dogs at the beach were all very friendly. The location is great, near all shopping facilities and restaurants. We recommend this house.
