Clean, spacious apartment near the center of Granada, perfect for a large family. We especially appreciated the four restrooms, each with its own shower. The owner is accommodating and responsive. The neighborhood gets a little loud at night during the weekend, but is quiet during the week. The kitchenette is a bit small, but workable.

Bait and switch. The photos are not what you will get. You will get a story that all the units are equal and they are not. The top floor is 2 apartments not one and all the beds are doubles not singles and the 4 bathrooms is really 3.5. One room had a double bed and bunk beds…. Not good for seniors! My brother had to sleep on the sofa bed which was in the kitchen area of the other apartment. The location is good but this is set up as a hostel and should not be on VRBO

We stayed at the Frailes 28 apartment in Granada as a family of six, and it was absolutely perfect. The apartment has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as a small living area with a kitchenette. Everything was spotless and impeccably clean.The host Fernando was extremely friendly and gave us excellent tips for enjoying the city. The location couldn’t be better—right in the city center yet situated on a quiet street, which made our stay very pleasant. The building has an elevator, and the apartment is suitable even for guests with mobility difficulties. It is also very peaceful, which makes it an ideal place to stay.We were even lucky enough to be granted a late checkout, since there was no reservation after ours. This was a very kind gesture, and we truly appreciated it.Overall, a wonderful stay thanks to a fantastic host Fernando. Highly recommended!

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro. El apartamento muy limpio y cómodo para ir un grupo grande pues consta de 4 cuartos de baño. Fernando amable y atento.

No correspondió lo contratado Eran 3 habitaciones individuales y una de matrimonio y no fue así. Para llegar al ascensor y al piso tenía escalerasLas sábanas tenían mucho que desearLa lavadora no se encuentra en el apartamento

Hola Gema. Es importante ver bien lo que se anuncia. Toda la información que aparece en el anuncio refleja las características de vuestro apartamento. Hay dos peldaños delante del ascensor. No suele ser problema, y no indico que esté adaptado a minusválidos, pero no veo donde ponerlo en el anuncio.Y, si, la lavadora está en el espacio de lavado del edificio, de acuerdo a normativa. Siento que no hayas apreciado tu apartamento, por otra parte, precioso y amplio,

Apartamento grande, con muchos baños. Algo pequeño el salón, pero no le dimos uso porque estabamos de turismo. Cerca de todo el centro. Genial trato. Repetiría sin duda
