NEW VILLA in the new urbanization La Estancia on the famous golf course Elba Palace Golf in Caleta de Fuste. Perfectly suited for 7 people and a baby in baby cot. It's located at the front line, on a tranquil, fairy like location. The property has a fenced open plan living area. The nearest beach is only a 5 minute walk away, along with the Atlantico Commercial Centre that has a wide range of shops, restaurants, arcades, a cinema, a bowling alley, a casino and bars for you to enjoy. The golf course and 5 star hotel & club house are nearby and include an excellent restaurant. The exterior has a large area of 550 square meters overlooking the golf course, hotels and sea. The whole area is fenced, tiled and planted with palm trees which gives you intimacy and complete privacy to enjoy. Fence on the golf course is from the tinted mirror glass, which gives you additional privacy from the golfers.

The part of the patio is under open-aluminium sun roof with dining table for 6 people. If you require fun, billiards and darts may appeal to you. But you can just surf on the Internet, because your wifi is available everywhere. There is OPTICAL INTERNET up to 600MB.
It has a private heated swimming pool. The pool is 8 m× 4 m,1.2 -1.8 m depth, surrounded with 6 padded leather deckchairs, outdoor shower and round deckchair for 2. BBQ is from natural stone. On sunny roof terrace you can admire breathtaking views of the entire surroundings on 4 armchairs with coffee table.
The pool heating season is from 1. October - 31. May (26/27 degrees). A surcharge is required for pool heating.

All the bedrooms including the living room, have air condition (enables cooling and heating).
At extra request we offer baby cot and high chair for the baby. For the seventh person we prepare extra bed.
First bedroom has a double bed (200x180), with attached bathroom. We can fit an extra bed in this bedroom. You can store jewelry and secure all your valuables in a digital safe installed in the cabinet of this room.
Second bedroom has also a double bed (200x180).
Third bedroom could be called the children's room, as it has TV 50’ Samsung (ES,EU), PLAY-STATION 4 with two consoles.

Both bathrooms have shower, wash basin with bright large mirror, shaving points and toilet. Hair dryers are also available in the bathrooms.

All of interior bed linen and towels are supplied, cleaned and ready for use. As well you have available towels for the sun loungers, which are free to use for the sun loungers around the pool. But are not allowed to take out to the beach.

In a living room is a leather comfortable sofa for 8 people.
TV 55' Samsung Curve, ALL UK TV channels (BBC, ITV, SKY, SPORT) and GERMAN, FRANCE, SPANISH, PORTUGAL, POLAND TV channels. VIDEO CLUB with more then 20.000 last movies. USB port, Samsung soundbar, WIFI.
There is also a glass dining table for 6 people.

The kitchen comes complete with a breakfast bar and is fully fitted with an oven, a hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a blender, a coffee maker and all other kitchen essentials.
In the laundry are utensils on your disposal, for cleaning and washing:
washing machine, iron and ironing board, storage area perfect for cases and golf equipment.

Villa was lovely, clean, bright and spacious. Everything we could possibly need and more. Best villa we have stayed in. Hosts were excellent communicators throughout the whole booking process and holiday. Including arranging a lovely welcome pack and a late check out. (We were lucky with the date of the next arrivals) Can’t wait to return. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional Villa: Everything You Need and More

We stayed in the villa for a week, and the house is exactly as shown in the photos, perhaps even better in person. It's very clean, with a heated pool (though I couldn't find a night light to illuminate it). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more, with excellent appliances. The bedrooms are perfect with quality linens and excellent mattresses for sleeping. The house is very quiet even though it's located on the ILS (aircraft landing approach path).For those who have never been to Fuerteventura, I should mention that it's located in the center of the island on the east coast. The white beaches I prefer are to the north or south, always on the east side, so the advantage is that they are equidistant - the disadvantage is that you need a car to reach them.In conclusion, the villa is worth the money spent - it's clean, in an excellent area, with a very close supermarket, a beautiful pool, superb bathrooms and kitchen, a nice outdoor table, sun loungers and barbecue. It's also complete with hairdryer and a set of 3 towels per person (hand, shower, and pool towels). I will return.Excellent experience with the host as well, which isn't always a given - they always respond immediately.

A beautiful Villa to spend your holiday

Just spent our 14 day holiday in the beautiful Villa Bella, as soon as you walk in to it you can see the very high standard of it throughout all the rooms. Very comfortable living area with the bedrooms also lovely and with more than enough room for all of us to move around in. Outside is no less impressive with more than ample seating area and the lovely pool. Also, located in easy walking distance to shops and eating areas, would have no hesitation recommending the Villa Bella to anyone looking to spending a relaxing holiday in this part of the Island.

October visit to Fuerteventura

We were really looking forward to staying here due to the photographs we’d seen and knowing the location. When we got here it definitely lived up to expectations! It was like home from home and so clean and spacious. It really added a touch of luxury to our vacation. Will almost certainly look to stay here again if returning to the island!

Lovely villa

Visiting Fuerteventura during COVID felt very safe and Villa Bella was prepped extremely well for us and was spotlessly clean. Villa has a great lookout over the golf area and is in a nice location with shops and eating facilities just a five minute walk away. The villa has all the facilities a family could want, the kitchen is well equipped and furniture was modern and comfortable. You will need to take your own toiletries, (shampoo, soap etc), as non supplied and minimal (1) bin liners, toilet rolls etc. The owner was on hand for any queries throughout the stay and responded very quickly to emails.

Villa Bella

We had a lovely holiday at villa Bella The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated . The furniture was of a superior quality and beds extremely comfortable to. The outside space was fantastic with views over the golf course and fantastic pool which we chose to have heated due to time of year (February ) so the children could use it. We have stayed in caleta many times in villas / hotels The location of this property is great 5 mins walk to the Atlantico shopping centre and beaches and a further 15 mins into town. More English tv channels would of been good as there was only sky news but this did not impact our stay. And would not hesitate to stay again thank you mateja and bojan for letting us stay in your beautiful home
