Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee.

Welcome to channel front Island living! Bring your boat, kayak, fishing gear, flip flops and beach toys to Las Marinas. Situated along a bayside canal, Las Marinas #103 is the perfect getaway for boat enthusiasts, anglers and beach goers.

A light, airy living area invites you to relax inside your contemporary home and your waterfront balcony beckons you outside to soak in Island sunshine and fresh, salt air. Gourmet meals are a joy to make in a fully stocked, beautifully appointed kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and abundant storage space. Large windows let you take in water views while you enjoy meals in your spacious dining area. A comfy sectional couch, lounge chair and big windows to let in light and water views make the living room a great space to relax or to entertain. A bonus room provides extra space with a love seat to enjoy your favorite movies or reading a book!

Rest comfortably in your master suite with a king sized bed and a private bath. Guests enjoy twin beds that can be combined to make a king bed or kept separate for private sleeping. A full bath is located conveniently in the hallway to be shared by guests. Both bathrooms are stylish with granite counters and tile accents while functional with tub/shower combinations. The property sleeps up to 4 guests in beds, however, you may bring up to 6 guests if you would like to bring additional sleeping accommodations such as an air mattress with you.

You'll love splashing in the sparkling infinity pool spilling into the channel and lounging in the bubbling hot tub. Outdoor restrooms, showers, covered picnic areas and a one block stroll to the beach complete your vacation experience at Las Marinas!

Will definitely be coming back.

The condo had a great space and fit our party perfectly. Located near the pool/hot tub, our balcony had a great little view. Large kitchen and spacious bedrooms. I wish we would've checked the laudry room prior to going to the beach, there was amenities that we could've used. Will definitely be coming back.

We love to stay Las Marinas! This was the first time in 103. Being on the first floor was super convenient for us with all of our kiteboarding equipment. This time of year it is quiet around the pool so that was not a problem. There were limited pans but way too many lids. Sorting this out would be helpful. While the exterminator came while we were there, they need to do some deep spraying as there were a number of critters around the stove and dishwasher. Kudos to the groundskeeper at Las Marinas. He was always working hard at keeping the pool and hot tub clean!

Relaxing one month stay for couple doing wind sports

Comfortable, quiet, wide open condo on ground floor. Convenient for taking heavy items in and out, groceries, bike, bags of gear. Has a boat dock right in front. Swimming pool and hot tub were nice. BBQ was very handy. Bedrooms are nice, good for 2 adults in king bed, and 2 children or 2 smaller adults in 2 twin beds, we slept well. Recommendations would be to upgrade the kitchen utensils pots and pans, frying pans, all heavily used up by previous renters. Garburator was stuck, likely getting old. SPI Management was very helpful and friendly, and response time was very quick. We would definitely rent there again. The blue wrist band requirement seemed a little strange, have never run into that in other condos before :)…good enough.

Lovely Building and Location

This unit is in a great location and the building is very well maintained. It's not the same case for the actual unit. The mattresses are saggy and lumpy, no bedspread in the primary bedroom, lighting is inadequate, no hangers were provided, no plugs in the bathroom sinks and sofas are worn out. It also needs a deep clean of all fans and replacement of outdoor patio items (including door lock) that have been disintegrated by the salt air. We enjoyed the building and location but were very disappointed by the lack of pride in this rental property.

In general we enjoyed our stay. This is the 5th different unit we have stayed in at this condo building over the past 4 years and we will continue to stay in this building. There however a few things that this unit fell short on 1. The beds are well past the point of replacing the mattress's 2. The couch was so broken down we had to rearrange it so we could tolerate it for a night of tv watching.

Review on 103 Marinas

We enjoyed the space the property had to offer. It was spacious and homely. Property came furnished with utensils, nice furniture. There is room for improvement. Bathroom needs renovation. Also, we experienced multiple mosquito and insect bites. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Vacation Rental!

Really enjoyed this condo during my fishing trip to SPI. All the amenities you could ever ask for, and a great location...close to markets, restaurants, etc. I launched my kayak from the condo dock a few days, and also drove to some nearby launch spots. Fantastic fishing so close to the condo...couldn't be better!!

All in All almost perfect!

There were a few interruptions but the stay at Las Marinas is almost perfect. We love the convenience of the property. SPI Rentals is the best rental agency on the island! The maintenance of the property is impeccable. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. They always fix whatever needs fixing. Thank you for the nice stay.

Great Customer Service!

The team at SPI, Mary, Stephanie, Ashleigh, and Kathryn were great. We had some maintenance issues on our property but they worked faithfully to address the issues that they could address. The unit is in a great location in relation to the pool as well as the beach and bay. One suggestion would be for the owners to invest in a new king size bed. It was extremely uncomfortable.

This is the first time to ever rent a condo during vacation we usually stay in hotels but we absolutely loved it. So much more room than a hotel. This condo had everything you needed. It was perfect! Close to the beach. Best feature was the pool and bay right outside the front door.SPI rentals was also very helpful.
