Pretty good, though there were no numbers on the unit we stayed in so had to wander around till we figured it out and some ants in the kitchen. Also spray handle on the sink was broken.

The property is ok.! Chairs on the dining table were cracked, bedroom with bunk bed had the vent black (looked like mold) they should not promote to seat outside when deck is not in good conditions, we had kids they should advise not to have the kids on the deck that had lose boards and lose part of the balustrade.They invite to seat on the deck and the table is extremly dirty and chairs aswell. And going down the stairs you can notice how the beam that holds the deck is cracked. Pool was dirty we never used it. Didn’t se anybody by it neither. The island was very beautiful, we enjoyed visiting and walking around.

Debbie arrived during a wind storm that was strong and sandy. She did not report any concerns or request any service during her stay. No complaints until after departure. Not good. Unfortunately we were not able to address a loose board on the deck. We would have been repaired it immediately. We have since replace the cracked chair. And the deck is fully repaired. A deep clean on the vent hood has also been completed. I spoke with Debbie and on her drive home and other than these deck and cracked plastic on the chair she stated that the had a nice stay.
