Villa Ella is a characteristic and welcoming two-story villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Ella you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside. Villa Ella is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Melissano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Villa Ella from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Ella you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2.40 meters (7.9 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and external showers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Patio
The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a small sofa and armchairs. On the patio you will find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. The garden is equipped with armchairs, as well as with an hammock. From the garden you will enjoy a view of the swimming pool and of the greenery.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. There is a nice fireplace. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the swimming pool through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Living Room 2
The second living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and armchairs. There is a big fireplace, for decorative purposes only. From the living room you will be able to enter the alleyway in front of the house through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the first living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is a practical fireplace. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the alleyway at the rear of the house. The room also has a small high window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 - a suite with en-suite bathroom
This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the second living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is a big fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. There are two tables that can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway in front of the house through two French doors. The room also has a small high window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
