Ottima soluzione per due-tre famiglie
La casa, ubicata in una zona tranquilla di Torre San Giovanni, e' globalmente ben tenuta e accessoriata, adatta a soggiorni di più famiglie. Il giardino e' molto curato, tutto recintato, e permette ai bambini di giocare in libertà e ai grandi di organizzare pranzi e cene sotto il portico, che risulta molto ventilato anche nelle giornate più calde. Si arriva alle splendide spiagge di Torre San Giovanni con una passeggiata di circa 10-15 min, mentre il "centro" dista 5-10 min a piedi.

Bella casa ottima per gruppi numerosi
Bella casa , ben attrezzata e bel giardino. Ottima per gruppi numerosi. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il grande tavolo esterno sotto il pergolato ed il barbecue.
Molto gentili i padroni di casa.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella splendida villa la prima settimana di settembre. La villa è bellissima sia all'interno che all'esterno così come viene presentata, molto confortevole e spaziosa adatta a famiglie numerose con bambini. Il proprietario è una splendida persona molto disponibile per gli ospiti. provare per credere

STUPENDA
Abbiamo soggiornato nella splendida villa la prima settimana di settembre.. La villa è molto comoda e bella così come viene presentata. Il proprietario molto gentile e accogliente.Spiaggia bianca e mare cristallino.. La consiglio a tutte le famiglie numerose.. Peccato che le stelle siano solo 5 altrimenti ne avrei messe di più.

La descrizione è esattamente corrispondente alla realtà.
La villa è molto confortevole e spaziosa sia internamente che esternamente ed è in grado di accogliere con la massima comodità tutti gli ospiti ammessi.
Il giardino esterno è attrezzato di lettini e consente, per chi non vuole farlo al mare, di esporsi al sole nel massimo relax e riservatezza; sotto al portico, in ombra, è possibile inoltre attrezzare i tavoli per piacevoli pranzi e splendide cene all'aperto.
Da non sottovalutare la massima serietà, correttezza, e precisione del proprietario a cui vanno tutti i più sinceri ringraziamenti.
In poche parole: DA NON PERDERE.

Fabulous villa located in a quiet area of Torre San Giovanni in Marina di Ugento 400 mt. from the centre , at 550 mt. from the picturesque white sand beach that reaches Pescoluse via Torre Mozza , Lido Marini and Torre Pali. Well connected with the coastal road that connects Gallipoli (13 km ) to Santa Maria di Leuca (18 km). The villa is structured on 3 levels : ground floor, low floor and first floor. In all features well no. 6 bedrooms ( 4 on the first floor , 2 on the low floor , one bedroom with bunk beds ), no. 2 equipped kitchens with adjoining dining rooms , no. 4 bathrooms with shower , one with bathtub , no. 1 washing machine , parking facilities and n . 5 air conditioners to not suffer the sultry days of August. The villa can accommodate up to 12-14 people. Are the icing on the cake the huge lawn garden with palm trees and plants typical of the Mediterranean and an outdoor barbecue built in stone. Covered areas equipped with tables and chairs on the rustic style.
