Fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing, self catering holiday. Situated on a 5 star campsite featuring an exceptional pool complex and a large bar with live entertainment throughout high season. Children are especially welcome. The new playground and children's club are very popular. The town of Jard sur Mer with its shops and restaurants is a short walk away and the beach is a fifteen minute stroll.

Richard and Penny have been managing mobile home holidays in France for many years, initially employed by a large European holiday company. We were then employed by Thomas James Holidays. In the summer of 2020 we opened Richard's Holidays on Camping Oceano d'Or in the charming village of Jard sur Mer. We are a vibrant, friendly, enthusiastic couple who will ensure you have the best holiday possible!
2024 saw a complete redevelopment of the central hub area. This included a new bar, restaurant, takeaway, shop, reception, children's playground, children's club, pétanque area and access roads.

We are excited and proud to be able to offer you affordable, quality holiday accommodation in the beautiful town of Jard sur Mer, a picturesque and bustling seaside resort in the south of the Vendee.
Our holiday homes are situated on Camping L’Oceano d’Or, a well maintained 5* friendly campsite. The town with its shops and restaurants is a five minute walk from the campsite entrance. The nearest beach, Plage De Boisvinet is a fifteen minute stroll from the campsite beach gate. Also a short distance away are the Moulin de Conchette, the charming harbour, protected woodlands, a substantial weekly outdoor market and a large Super U supermarket.
All of our holiday homes are situated on large grassy emplacements bordered by hedges and small trees, each one offering a large degree of privacy allowing you to have a peaceful and tranquill holiday. Our emplacements are a five minute walk away from the pool complex.
