This detached holiday home is the perfect place for larger family get-togethers and for groups of friends alike.The property comprises a large living room with a wood burner and a separate sitting room, a large dining room with a wood burner and spacious kitchen, and utility room. Above the kitchen is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and there is also a shower room with a steam/hydro shower on the ground floor.
The large entrance area features a winding staircase that leads to the first floor, where you will find a fabulous stained glassed window overlooking the rolling hills, four comfortable bedrooms and a family bathroom. Across the front of the house is an enclosed veranda/ sunroom, ideal for bird watching by day and bats by night or just a great place to relax.
Outside are large lawned gardens and a courtyard, great for letting the dogs out for a run and for the children to play in.
There are a number of good walks to be had right from the front door and there is a pub within walking distance, which has been refurbished and is now open and serving food, also coffee and home made cakes. You are sure of never a dull moment with plenty to see and do in the area. Visit the Victorian town of Llandrindod Wells, or the market town of Builth Wells, both 6 miles away, home to The Royal Welsh Showground, which hosts many events throughout the year including -The Royal Welsh Show, The Winter Festival, The Cob Show and The Dog Show. The Elan Valley - the Lakes of Wales - are only a short distance away. Whatever you decide to do on your holiday this property will be the perfect base for you and your family.
