Modern and modern apartment, furnished in the best functional style, with all its details taken care of to the fullest,. It consists of a semi-open space, about 55 meters. In the living room you will find a double sofa bed and a magnificent dining room. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. Perfect place to rest in the heart of the city. Away from noise to rest with maximum relaxation! FREE WIFI HIGH SPEED, hot / cold air conditioning, iron, hair dryer, etc. Fully complete kitchen with (coffee maker, kettle, microwave, kitchenware, kitchen utensils, etc). The house is delivered with sheets and towels for all guests. We try to be flexible within our possibilities with the schedules of the check ins (morning-afternoon-night) and we invite all our guests to consult us in case they need to arrive or leave (before or later). We do the CHECK IN directly in the apartment !!! Our customers can contact us at any time, we will be aware of everything they need: tourist information, where to go, where to eat, etc. All this for a comfortable and quality stay.

Perfect Place in the Heart of Old Town

This place had everything I needed for my short stay in Malaga. I loved the little extras they offered, like a beach bag rental with towels, paddles and an umbrella. It was right in the heart of old town, but down a small alley so it was very quiet. I was thrilled to receive a thank you note from the host along with a discount on a future rental for leaving the place in the same condition I found it.The only minor complaint I have is that a key is required to "unlock" the electricity. While this is pretty ingenious and completely understandable to prevent renters from leaving the air conditioners on all day (and ensure you can't accidentally leave without the keys), it means you can't leave any electronics to charge while you're out exploring.

The central location to the Alcazaba, cathedral and Picasso museum was a big plus. It was nevertheless still quiet at night. It was spacious and had the all the facilities required to self cater. Although the shower needs a little remedial attention.We did encounter two problems. We could not access the apartment block on our arrival since the electronic key fob was not present on the key bunch as shown in the video sent to show us how to gain access. So after a tiring journey from the UK at 10pm at night we had to contact the night management by text to be given the new access arrangements. Also, owing to an orthopaedic issue I have, I need to sleep on my own in bed, unfortunately there was no linen for the sofa bed for my wife. On texting management we discovered that this would be an extra 20 Euros and we would have to wait until tomorrow for this to be delivered. All in all not a great first night. Other than these issues the apartment served it's purpose well enough.
