The newly built house, on the 1st floor, is located in the seaside resort of Santa Maria del Focallo just 50 meters from the sea (visible from the veranda), from where you can reach the fine sandy beach in just 2 minutes on foot and crystal clear water that has been awarded the Blue Flag for several years. It has a double bedroom, and a bedroom with 2 beds, a double bed if necessary, an internal bathroom with a shower, 2 outdoor showers, a large living room with TV, with a comfortable 2-seater sofa bed, and adjoining an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. The house has at its total and exclusive availability a garden with a green lawn where you can enjoy a solarium, relaxation, tranquility and a barbecue for night barbecues, perhaps dining under the stars, surrounded by a beautiful well-kept garden and with a large playground for children. The veranda allows you to have lunch and dinner in total relaxation.
Near the house, reachable by car, there is a supermarket, a newspaper shop, a tobacconist's, a petrol station, a butcher, pizzerias and restaurants. You can choose between free beaches or beaches equipped with snack bars where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas.
