The apartment has been recently renovated and refurbished, and is located in a quiet building of only 6 houses in the most organized area of Porto Santo Stefano in the heart of Monte Argentario.

The house has a maximum capacity of 6 beds and is structured as follows:

-2 Double Rooms both air-conditioned

- Living room with large window, frosted glass table and leather chairs, beautiful 42-inch LED TV with digital terrestrial, and 3-seater leather sofa with integrated double bed

-Kitchen complete with all kinds of utensils and crockery, including fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher

-Bathroom with very comfortable shower cabin, bidet and sink

- Small closet

Its central position allows you to enjoy every comfort, in fact, a few hundred meters from the house you can find all kinds of commercial activities: supermarkets, bakeries, tobacconists, shops for the home, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, perfumeries, clothing stores, newsstands, jewelers, and much more.

Given the location of the house in the flat area of the country, you can take advantage of ample parking facilities in the areas surrounding the apartment (both free and paid)

Furthermore... there are beaches that can easily be reached on foot with a pleasant 5-10 minute walk; in case you want to take the car or the bus there are many sandy beaches, rocks or pebbles just waiting to be visited !!! In any of them you go the sea will always be the same: CRISTALLINO !!!
